The service people greet me pleasantly, check the records to see what kind of service is due, and always ask if there's anything that needs to be checked. I recently moved further away from Central City which adds a 1/2 hour drive to Central City Toyota. When I informed them via email of my new location, they immediately reminded me that they provide free pick up and delivery service which I recently took advantage of. The called me before arriving and alerted me of their being on their way to deliver the car. I really appreciate their conscientiousness and keeping on top of my car's service needs. More
