I HAVE PURCHASED 2 CARS FROM TIM WOODARD. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE, ACCOMODATING SALES PERSON.I RECENTLY PURCHASED A "07 AVALON LIMITED WITH PUSHBUTTON START. AT THE END OF NOVEMBER THE PUSH BUTTON START KNOWLEDGABLE, ACCOMODATING SALES PERSON.I RECENTLY PURCHASED A "07 AVALON LIMITED WITH PUSHBUTTON START. AT THE END OF NOVEMBER THE PUSH BUTTON START DID NOT WORK B/C IT WOULDN'T PICK UP THE TRANSMITTER SIGNAL. I PANICKED AND CALLED TIM B/C I NEVER HAD A TOYOTA THAT JUST DIDNT START. WITHOUT A SECOND GUESS TIM OFFOERED TO COME OUT TO WHERE I WAS TO ASSIST ME. I FOUND OUT THERE WAS A BACKUP FEATURE IF THE PUSH BUTTON DOESNT WORK. I LATER FOUND OUT THAT I NEEDED BATTERIES FOR THE TRANSMITTER.TIM IS AN EXCELLENT SALESMAN EVEN AFTER THE SALES HE CONTINUES TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE AND B/C OF THIS I WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE VEHICLES FROM HIM. I thought Rick did a great job. He helped me find a car that was below the price range that I wanted a month. He was still willing to help me when he saw that I had a repo on my credit and gave me ideas on that was below the price range that I wanted a month. Mr. White introduced me to Mr. Tim Woodard, who sold the Sienna to me last week. Mr. Woodard is an outstanding sales person who explained the vehicle's features, and diligently assisted my wife and me with all questions we had on the vehicle, including its financing and extended warranty contracts.
