Rick Roy came and picked me up from my house, which I was very grateful for because I have a newborn. He helped me find the car that fits my needs for my family size. I was also pleased with him when it came to keeping me in the price range I requested. My visit was a success!!!!! I walked out the dealership feeling satisfied, pleased, and impressed; Being as though, it was my first time in anyone's dealership. Rick Roy exceeded my expectations and more. negative dealer experience I purchased a used Tacoma from them. The truck is a 2002 but it only had 80,000 miles so I thought it would be a good truck. I did all the maintenan I purchased a used Tacoma from them. The truck is a 2002 but it only had 80,000 miles so I thought it would be a good truck. I did all the maintenance they recommended when I bought it but it is now one year later and they say the truck needs $3,200 worth of work just to pass inspection. Also a few months ago I had to replace all the belts in the truck. If they had given me any indication that I would have to spend almost $4,000 in the first year of owning this truck I would not have bought it. I used to have a 96 Tacoma that I put 240,000 miles on and I never had to spend $4000 on it in one year. They did agree to take $700 off the cost of the repairs needed, which I appreciate but that does not change the fact that I feel like they sold me a lemon of a truck. I do want to note that the folks in the service department have been fine to deal with. More

In the past, I would safe up my money and get a use car. This time around was different. I took my deposit with me and had two dealership in mind. I was tired of buying used and still have to kick out money for repairs when I would leave the car lot. The sales person was great and assured me that certified per own was the way to go and Toyota backs up with a warranty. The entire process went well and I was able to drive off the lot with a 2012 within my budget. The tire pressure light came on before I got home and I took it back the next business day. The same sales person did not make me feel uncomfortable with the situation and took care of the issue.
