I was ready to get something different however, I did not want to go beyond my means or have a financial burden. Mr. Rick Roy, was so kind and mostly patient to put my mind and heart at ease. He made sure I was not pressured into anything and I really appreciate that from him as a Representative for Toyota. He took the time to explain to me the advantages in leasing a vehicle vs buying. This helped to put my heart at ease. I would recommend others who are ready to take the plunge and trade in there car but they would have to ask for Rick Roy to be at there service. Not that the other Representatives where not just as professional, they were very nice. However, 'Mr. Patient' Rick Roy, was the best match for me 'A Bundle of Nerves' me. Thanks Toyota!! :-) More

I went to Central City Toyota and Talked to Rick Roy, the company rep,and he showed me a high mileage car reasonably priced. He made sure everything worked on the 2001 Sienna and I was very pleased, however I am from out of state and there are problems with buying a car in Pa with an out of state driver's license. It took some time and to get the deal finalized, but Rick worked long and hard to insure that I would get the Sienna and all Pa requirements would be met--and that was no simple task. I was most appreciate of the time and effort expended by Rick; Chris was also a big help. The dealership was most cooperative and helpful as well and I thank them all, especially Rick. I would definitely buy another car from Rick and the dealership should the need arise. Incidentally, the high mileage Sienna is a great car and I will drive it back to Texas. Sincerely, Roger A.
