The trade-in is not really the issue, your staff was aware I was driving two hours to check out the vehicle, I do not blame the salesperson who contacted me, she was in fact very creative in her approach. I was very interested in this vehicle and it was sold out from under me. I was prepared to buy the vehicle on the spot.
