I found this dealership through a veteran's program mid-week and made arrangements to drive the two hours to have my trade-in evaluated and test drive the vehicle today. The sales associate Kylie I wa mid-week and made arrangements to drive the two hours to have my trade-in evaluated and test drive the vehicle today. The sales associate Kylie I was working with appeared very nice and even sent me a video introducing herself. Last night I received a text from one of their managers saying they sold the vehicle from underneath me. From the text, it seems they expected me to still drive two hours just to look at random vehicles they had on their lot. I should have known when they would not even give me a ballpark value of my trade-in things were not on the up and up. I was willing to provide a deposit to hold the vehicle if they had provided close to the value of my trade in. More

I would definitely recommend Central 44 Jeep to my family and friends I am picking up a second Jeep vehicle from this dealership in two years. To be honest this has been the best car buying experienc family and friends I am picking up a second Jeep vehicle from this dealership in two years. To be honest this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. Buying the first one - Jeep Grand Cherokee, was quite easy and stress free. I do not like haggling and going back and forth negotiations. But, I also understand that this is a business, and not a charity. Just treat me with respect, give me a fair offer. If I think it is fair, we have a deal. This was exactly my experience here. On the other hand, I do not know much about leasing vehicles. That is why in addition to getting a great deal on the second vehicle - Jeep Cherokee, I appreciate the time Adam has taken in explaining the details of the leasing process. Adam, Tom and Gary were great with assisting with any questions I had on finance, sales or general vehicle questions. More
