This place is a joke. Worse customer service ever, in the parts department. service personnel was rude and was not willing to help me research a part that i needed. Went in to purchase a Wrangler was met by Sam, nice guy told me to come into the showroom if I had any questions. After finding 2 models I was interested in I went in to ask for someone to show me them. Sa told me to come into the showroom if I had any questions. After finding 2 models I was interested in I went in to ask for someone to show me them. Sam had asked Tony who was standing behind me to help me out because he was working with another customer. Then he asked Tony why he was rolling his eyes. Knew from there I wasn't being taking serious ( Maybe it was the Military uniform I had on ). I asked tony some basic questions I had about the wrangler and he seemed either clueless or just not interested in selling a vehicle. It wasn't until he asked me what I was currently driving and I pointed out a 50k dollar SUV that he knew I was serious. Thought that was a good time to walk away with my certified check. Could have bought any car on that lot cash. Don't let the military uniform fool you, I own 4 businesses but serve my country proudly everyday. More
I would recommend this dealership. Both Dave Gilday and Peter Cohen were great to work with when I purchased a new left over Jeep. Dave took the time to answer my questions and even take the window sticker off to fax to me since it wasn't available online. When I told him I had seen a better deal at another dealer, he did his best to get me a good price. I told him it was the first time I was buying new. He promised me a good experience and it was. This was all over the phone still! The next day, Dave was not in yet, but Peter helped to seal the deal. When I got there, everything was as promised and they were all professional and straightforward. No tricks. Rob Webber the business manager was great too. Polite, respectful, and efficient. I would recommend this dealer and will to my friends. More

Brought a Chrysler Jeep under a Chrysler "Certified Added Care Plus" Plan, only to find that this dealership would not stand behind the Chrysler plan. Rather then cover a rear windshield wiper motor, t Added Care Plus" Plan, only to find that this dealership would not stand behind the Chrysler plan. Rather then cover a rear windshield wiper motor, this dealership said someone modified the rear wiper wiring and voided the warranty. NO ONE has ever modified any wiring in this vehicle. What is the point of buying a "certified" extra care vehicle plan if this chrysler dealership won't stand behind it ? High pressure service department from the beginning, suggesting all kinds of "extra" services to be performed when you are only looking for warranty service. Stay away from this dealership. More
This dealership offers low prices on their website and attempts to get you in their dealership with them. They then low ball your trade in way below Kelly Blue Book value and when you mention that value, attempts to get you in their dealership with them. This shop has been overcharging my company work work that was incorrectly assessed on my Sprinter Vans (that I bought from them)for more than a year. The most recent incident involves a van that was driven was incorrectly assessed on my Sprinter Vans (that I bought from them)for more than a year. The most recent incident involves a van that was driven to them, under full power, and only needed two glow plugs replaced. They called two days after the van was driven to them saying the van had no power and needed a 5K repair (new Turbo booster) ..when I refused to accept that (the van had full power when we gave it to them!!!!) they called the next day and said..."Oh..our guy worked all night,on his own and fixed it...you can come and get it"...when we tried to pick it up it still had NO POWER and could not go faster than 30mph. They are now refusing to release the van or negotiate . I have reported them to the Attorney General who says they cannot help since it is business to business. I would NOT recommend this company. They are not competent or honest. More
Short to the point, the manager in the body shop is a total MORON! Picked his nose and cussed at me. BAD Service! Took weeks to fix a door, said he couldn't get the parts. Do not go here if you are expecting your money's worth! Decided to go with Jeep Raynham for a soft top for my jeep after they beat the lowest price by $5 and boy did they make me pay 10x over in everyother Decided to go with Jeep Raynham for a soft top for my jeep after they beat the lowest price by $5 and boy did they make me pay 10x over in everyother way. Took 3 appts to get it right & still wasnt satisfied! Received my brand new soft top with black grease marks on the interior from front to back and metal clips scraped. This is my 2nd soft top so I know how it goes. Raynham Jeep blamed it on my hard top that was left @ home during this appt. After ron in parts slipped up & admitted the top could be used (which he soon denied saying)I requested a new one. I was passed around the dealership, debating for an hour with every dept for what I had already paid for. If I wanted a used product I would have went to ebay and saved 2 thousand dollars, time, & the headache. kim(service manager)was very rude & insensitive. She is very dramatic & condescending. She rufused to give me a new one, stating it was my fault, or refund my money. I refused to wait & find out what else was going to go wrong. Spoke to edward alberts(gm)& he was even worse. He yelled, had no knowledge of any of the details involving situation, told me this was typical & he would not fix the problem. It wasnt until I mentioned small claims did they want to cooperate & that was 3 days after. They kept pushing my appointment out, it took almost a month til they serviced my car. I watched them do it and they laughed and joked about it the entire time. One of the dirty service guys even came out with a magnify glass to inspect my car. It was a big joke. I cant believe that they found this many jack xxxxx/wannabee bullies to work under one roof. Its a shame because this is my second jeep & I really love them & Raynham Jeep is giving them a bad name. More
