After doing some research, I narrowed the selection down to what I wanted, and started contacting dealers in my area (Burlington, MA) but was less than thrilled with any of the dealerships in the area. A friend of mine referred me to Central, and I am so glad they did! I started working with Adam Silver, the GM - who is probably the nicest GM you'll have the opportunity to interact with at a dealership. Since I lived so far away, we did most of the negotiations over the phone, which can sometimes be worrisome. However, this process was easy and painless while dealing with Adam. I had certain guidelines (price included) I wanted to stick with and he was more than helpful letting me know what packages I could and could not afford, along with the discounts for each model he would give. He blew every local dealerships number out of the water, and had the exact vehicle I was looking for in stock. While the normal buyer would be hesitant that if you agree on a price on the phone it will not be as simple as that when you get to the dealership but I had full faith in Adam and his team at Central. A sales associate, Calvin, reached out to me to finalize the details of my purchase and arrange a time for me to be there to sit with finance. I arrived at Central and was immediately greeted with a smile by Adam, who then introduced me to Calvin. Finance was ready and waiting for me with no hard sells and I was in and out of the office in about 5 minutes. Calvin spent more time than he should have ever had to explaining all the features in my new Limited, and ensured that my plates were on and sticker was done before I left. I truly do not have the words to express my satisfaction with Central Jeep except to say they have earned a customer for life after the honest and professional way they assisted me in purchasing my dream Jeep. More

He made my car buying experience awesome!!! I want to thank the general manager Adam Silver he quoted me a price and followed through there were no surprise when I got to the finance department. Speaking of the finance department the gentleman there was also good. He did not pressure me into adding any extras that I did not want. Overall EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!!!! More
Where do I begin with these clowns? First of all, when you schedule an appointment for service, they tell you to bring your car in after 7:30am. When you go to pick up your car, if it's 6:25pm and you have any sort of questions, the service advisor will be sure to let you know you're standing between him and getting home after a long day. No, he doesn't care about how your day went. By the way, the website says that service closes at 7pm. The door states hours are 7:30am to 6:00pm. The service advisor says the door is wrong, website is right. I'm sure his superiors would like to know that he has loads of initiative in getting this glaring error resolved and that he holds people to the erroneous hours until they call him out on it. By the way, the door gets locked at 6:30pm. So to the gentleman who rolled up to drop his car off for service at 6:31pm only to find the door locked, walking away after throwing his hands up in the air...I feel your pain. Oh and if the service advisor calls you to tell you about your car's repairs and his phone system crashes in the middle of the call, don't expect him to stick around until the system comes back up or to find another way to get you on the line. He's just not that ambitious. He'll be long gone before you're able to dial back in. By the way, there are coupons online that you can use to bring their astronomical service fees back down to cloud level. Yes, their regular price for a 5 qt. oil change is $40, which should actually be illegal. The coupons are for specific services, but they occasionally have %off coupons for any service/parts. It's common sense that these coupons can't be combined and applied to the same service line item, however I have many times used various coupons individually for separate line items. Apparently, this is at the whim of the service advisor, because my good friend who will remain nameless, took it upon himself to tell me I was foolish for thinking I could use more than one coupon during a visit, even if they were for separate services. Also, don't expect the service advisor to be discreet about his disdain for you while he gets on the phone with his manager to discuss said matter about coupons. The two of them will kibitz within earshot about how customers are always trying to pull one over on them. A quick email to Chrysler earned me a response saying the decision to allow multiple coupons lies at the dealer level, but that most dealers do allow it. So customer beware! Ask in advance. Go to another dealer if these guys are clutching their purse closely the day you're there. In fact, after reading this review I'm not even sure why you're still considering going there. There's a new dealer in Plymouth, I can't endorse them yet, but I'm going to give them a whirl. More
Robert DeSousa was very courteous and fast. He kept me abreast of what was going on every step of the way. He asked me if I was satisfied. I had a great experiance at Central Dodge Jeep in Raynham, MA regarding my 2012 Jeep Liberty, I had a heater core issue that they covered under warranty. the core had to be replaced. Not an easy job, The dashboard had to be removed to access the part. Ohter than the time it took I was very satisfied with the communication I had with Nick Levesque through the whole process. In the end the car came out great and they were real nice to deal with. More

I am in the market for a Jeep .Inquired about a lease rate .Sales person estimated a quote of $429.00 per month . When i asked if he could run the numbers for me . I would not buy a vehical from this dealership. More
