Tony Deluca is the MAN! Tony D was awesome to work with, I was a pain in the xxx looking for a very specific Trailhawk. I ended up driving 2 hours out of my way to work with Tony D was awesome to work with, I was a pain in the xxx looking for a very specific Trailhawk. I ended up driving 2 hours out of my way to work with him instead of a local dealer. He never tried any of the Sales xx pressure tactics, he just stuck to his word and did everything he could to help find my car. The salesman, Michael Galuski, listened to my needs and set me up with a Chrysler 300 - this car ticked off every box on my checklist. He also worked to make sure that the financing package fit within my budget. He was always pleasant, knowledgeable and professional and knew the car inside and out. I would definitely go back to him for a future purchase. Love the car and had a surprisingly enjoyable experience at the dealership! More
Great new car buying experience I hate car salesmen as a general rule. The aggressive "buy now" attitude coupled with the fact that many dealers are condescending towards women usual I hate car salesmen as a general rule. The aggressive "buy now" attitude coupled with the fact that many dealers are condescending towards women usually makes the whole car buying experience akin to a trip to the dentist. However, I was blown away by every dealer I came in to contact with here. We really shopped around before making our purchase, so it took several trips to the dealer before we finally drove off the lot with our new Jeep. Each time we entered, someone approached us and asked if we needed anything. Even when we said we were there to see a specific dealer, the next question was always "can I get you something to drink while you wait" much like you would offer a guest in your home. A small gesture, but one that makes you feel less like a "potential sale" and more like an individual. I was looking at purchasing a Wrangler though I had never owned one previously. It became very clear that both Adam and Mike wanted to be sure that whatever car I got I was happy with. I was told since a Wrangler rides very differently from really any other vehicle on the market, I should make sure that my test drive was long enough to include city, highway, and back road driving so I could really get a feel for how it would handle. Mike took the time to sit into the vehicle and explain EVERYTHING. It was very clear that he knew the vehicle inside and out and was more than capable of not only answering any questions that I had at that moment, but even anticipating questions that came up long after the test drive. I have had my car for almost a week now, and there isn't one part of the vehicle that I don't feel I know just from that initial test drive. When it came to financing the car, Adam and Mike worked to make sure we got the best deal available. The entire experience was great from start to finish and we are extremely satisfied with both the vehicle and the dealership. More

Buying or leasing a car can be a giant headache, with Tommy and the team at Central, it was not. I knew what I was getting and what I was paying. My salesman, Tommy Verola really went the extra mile. Living on the Vineyard, it is difficult for me to get off island (especially in the summertime) to coordinate things like getting a new car. Tommy made this much easier. I wound up getting exactly the Jeep Renegade I wanted. There were a few hiccups along the way, maybe they could have been avoided, maybe not, but either way, Tommy took care of things and really did everything he could to make this a pleasant experience. Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and approachable, even the manager touched base to make sure I was happy. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a fair deal on a good car. Very upset with service This past Wednesday I brought my jeep Cherokee 2014 in to be looked at I this piece in the back of shifter fell of its the part where it controls the This past Wednesday I brought my jeep Cherokee 2014 in to be looked at I this piece in the back of shifter fell of its the part where it controls the park reverse and drive. Then my key started not to come out of the ignition so they thought it could be just the knob part. But to find out its the who!e shifter I need to replace so it took all day for them to tell me this and I had to pay 111.00 out of my pocket and on top of that I need to pay close to 800.00 out of my pocket for a new shifter this is WRONG I have bumper to bumper coverage and I have to pay for this. You guys suck. Chrysler SUCKS also because they get the parts from them. I don't need to pay for this at all . very angry . I can't drive the car because of my key ignition not working do to shifter. I am never going to buy another jeep EVER!!!!! So now I have to work for this stupid shifter and I really don't need to . More
Great sAles service I called the dealership Saturday- the lady never called me back. Called Sunday- the guy didn't call me back. We had a previous good experience purchasing from these guys so I gave it one last shot- Monday morninf I told the man that answered this is my third and final attempt to trade my husbands truck for a lease with them. It was Adam, a manager who happened to answer. I told him about the lease deal I saw in the paper- he explained how the advertising worked and that we wouldn't really be able to get into that vehicle (it wouldn't suite our needs)....but that we had other options to lower our payments and get into a lease. He took the vin to our truck and called back promptly with actual numbers! This was GREAT as we have children and the last thing we wanted to do was go in and sit for hours for them to come up with a number we couldn't afford anyway! It looked promising so we went in, Frank helped me switch my car seats over and we test drove the reuck for the afternoon so they could appraise our truck (again minimizing the waiting) They were ready to negotiate when we got back- we quickly came to an agreeable number, Adam found our truck that was what we were looking for- lowered our car payment and are very happy with our experience (I feel like it was a very fair deal). When we purchased last time I left feeling the same way (which is why I called them back!). I am happy & hopeful that we've finally found our family car dealership....we have one in our town but Central Dodge is well worth the 45 minute drive. More
