Our sales consultant was Gary Rose and he was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my wife's questions. The experience was so great, that a few months later when I decided it was time to trade in my Jeep for a newer model I went back to Central to see Gary again. He remembered who I was and after I gave him my long list of "must haves" and the budget/payment I wanted to stick to, he narrowed it down to two options for me to see. The only feature missing was a tow package which Gary said he would have installed in whichever vehicle I chose the following day so it would be all set for me to pick up after work. I arrived the next day and Gary held his word, my new Jeep was parked right in front sparkling clean with the equipment installed and ready to go. Gary and the financial staff really worked with us on both vehicle purchases to ensure we were informed of all the possible options available, helped us to choose the best warranty for each of our individual needs and made sure we felt comfortable with our payments in the end. More

When I drove my truck to work a 2013 ram 1500 everyone at work called me a liar when I told them it was a used truck. Michael Galuski the sales consultant that I dealt with is a real gentleman and a pleasure to make a deal with. He knew I needed to buy a truck right away and he went way above and beyond anything anybody else and any other dealership would have done to get me in a truck that I desperately needed. He has a sale style and knowledge of the vehicles that he is selling that I've never seen before. There was no pressure at all to buy a new vehicle even though he knew I needed one desperately. When you deal with Mike he makes you want to buy a vehicle from him. He even gave me four Lugnuts off his own personal truck because I did not want the wheel locks on my truck. He made sure I got everything I wanted the deal went through flawlessly. This is the first Ram pick up truck that I've ever owned and I would think nothing of buying a brand-new one next time. I have to say from an honest standpoint of view, the staff was very kind, friendly, and genuine. They didn't jump out at me the second I drove onto their lot, which was a good start. Todd Desjardins was willing to "go up to bat" for me, to the general manager and was able to give me EVERYTHING I negotiated for and not only that did little things like held the door for my wife and was very respectful. I'm all about customer service being a fellow business owner. I would highly recommend Central chrysler jeep dodge of raynham, Ma. Todd Desjardins was very patient with me and attentive. It was a pleasure to deal with Todd one on one, and this entire dealership to make the deal. They actually want to work with you and sell cars, very up front no messing around. The one bad thing I could say is when picking up my brand new truck, after being detailed through the dealership They did an awful job waxing the vehicle. If they took a little extra time to wipe off all of the excess wax they would have gotten 5 stars. Other than that I cannot say enough good things.
