He took the time to sit down with me before I signed and helped me understand and choose the option that worked best for me. His team traveled to another dealership to ensure I got the exact car I wanted. He went the extra mile and lent me a company car to make sure I could get to nursing school while my car was in the shop getting worked on. He nor my salesman Ralphael fell under the pushy "car salesman stereotype" whatsoever, they did everything to make sure I left happy. They are both great guys and I could not be happier! Ltd, I ran into a complete stranger at the gas stati So, funny story. Weeks before I intended to actively shop around and upgrade my 2012 Grand Cher. Ltd, I ran into a complete stranger at the gas station driving a sparkling new Grand Cherokee and we struck up a conversation. Seems this was his 10th or so from Central and he recommended Mike Galuski. Tucking that information away and after doing some research, I eventually called Mike and setup a first meet. My first impression on walking into the dealership was that it's easy to get to and park there, clean, had plenty of inventory, and busy but not in a bad way. I walked into the building expecting the time honored salesman - new customer walking in approach. Didn't happen. I went to the counter and asked for Mike, and we met. He knows the product to the n-th degree, asked me just the right amount of questions to help find what I wanted, but top of my list is that he listened. (sales reps who do all the talking annoy me- a personal peeve of mine). I also snuck over and surveyed folks waiting for their cars in service and got glowing reports. Day one was a good start. After a few follow up calls we id'd the car I wanted, did the test drive, paperwork - I'm a stickler on that and found the experience simple, professional and respectful, and wrapped it up with a thorough delivery. I mention this because in my own short sightedness I felt I already know the car. Mike did an excellent job taking me through parts of the tech he knew would be different from my '12 GC making it simple to understand and remember. To say this was a low pressure dealer is not fair to them. Overall the experience of being there was no pressure. I believe anyone can go there and walk the lot without getting "jumped", ask for help and get it, have good selection on site to choose from, and be respected in the actual contracts and purchasing part. I would absolutely recommend Mike for an excellent sales experience. I would be pleased to recommend him to anyone asking where I bought my car. But I'll make sure they know my name so Mike knows who sent them. Maybe one day he'll figure out who the customer was that recommended him to me. More
