I did not receive 4 1/2 star service My son and I first went there two weeks ago Saturday to look at a 2011 Chrysler 200. This was a car he had been looking for and found at Central, abo My son and I first went there two weeks ago Saturday to look at a 2011 Chrysler 200. This was a car he had been looking for and found at Central, about 40 mins away from where he lives in Providence, RI. I live in CT and took the ride up there to look at it with him. The following Monday he went back to the dealership to go over the car again. I am a single mom and he is a student and I am trying to help him get a reliable car so he can commute to ct from ri while in school and to establish his credit. He decided to buy the car and left a small deposit to hold it. He went back later that same week and gave the rest of the deposit on the car, approx 50% of the total cost. That left the rest of that week and all of this week to get the car financed and registered and ready to be picked up on tomorrow (Saturday). The salesman stopped retuning emails and texts in a timely fashion the remainder of the first week and said it was the end of the month and he was busy. Ok, so now we have 5 working days to get the car ready. Finally, the financing numbers are ready and I need to sign the paperwork (because I was cosigning) or they can't finish getting it ready. I wanted to pick it up Saturday because next weekend I have plans and can't get up there. I was assured by the salesman that if I took the trip up there and signed on Wednesday, the car would be ready for Saturday. I took off from work a half day and made the approx 250 mile round trip to Raynham to sign the papers. My son also signed his part that day. Today is Friday and I got a call this afternoon that car will not be ready for pickup tomorrow. Central had 9 business days to get this deal done and they dropped the ball. I called very irate and was met with indifference by the salesman, the financing guy, and the manager. Nobody cared about the lengths we went through to make this happen. I threatened to not go through with the deal and was again met with indifference. I have not bought a new car in a long time, and am surprised by the attitude. It made no difference to them either way. Is it because it's a used car (only $10K)? Not the reaction I expected. I feel that if this deal was given the time and attention by the dealership that it should have, we would be picking up the car tomorrow. I understand that there was an insurance card issue, but I had that fixed and a corrected card in a few minutes. Central advertises that they deal with all of the surrounding states, but they weren't prepared at the ct dmv. They made the 2+ hour trip and came back without plates. We are very disappointed, and don't actually have a definite day that the car will be ready. I do not believe that we received 4 1/2 star service, and I will never buy there again. My son is a graduate of Johns Hopkins and is going to Brown for his Ph.D. He is planning a career in the Boston area and is a lifelong mopar fan. He will always own a Chrysler product, but he will never buy another at Central Auto in Raynham. So unless you are buying new and live in mass, I do not recommend this dealership. More

I know it can be done (I googled it) I even printed the instructions on how just in case they didn't know. I should have known better, up until recently this dealer wouldn't even work on my truck stating it was too big ??? (its a 3500 crew cab drw pick up) the excuse was the GVWR is 14k. but they are not smart enough to know that's not what it weighs that's what it can haul, it weighs 7600lbs so any of there 10k lifts would work safely. but no they don't know the products they sell. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE !!!!! More

They asked me to put some money down to make sure that I am really interested in the vehicle. I did. I also asked them to give me the monthly breakdown and the buyout price if I put 10.000$ down for the vehicle I am interested in . It has been a month now and I have called them 3 times to see why nobody is getting back to me on my request and every time the guy I dealt with- Bob is telling me he will get back to me next day and giving me silly excuses about the finance guy beeing in the hospital. I don't understand isn't there anybody else in that dealership who can handle financeing department if the main guy gets sick? It has been a Month! At this point I don't even want to buy anything from them. They love to waste people's time. More

We have owned numerous cars & trucks and I must say that this was the best vehicle purchase experience we have had to date. Mike Galuski (Sales) was extremely helpful with all our questions, but without the typical (and dreaded) pressure. He took plenty of time to show us all the features and told us to call with any further questions that we may have. Adam Silver (finance) explained the different finance options in great detail and helped us to decide upon the best option. After requesting the options we would like on our Wrangler, they were able to locate our Jeep and have it delivered and ready for pickup in a matter of days. We are very happy with our new Jeep and have already referred another friend to Central Jeep. They just purchased a Wrangler and had a great experience too! If you are thinking of purchasing a Jeep look now further than Central Jeep! I highly recommend them! More

The entire experience, from my first visit to the dealership through taking delivery of my new Jeep was excellent! For starters, when you arrive the salesman are not waiting to “pounce” on you as soon as you step out of your car. This was something that had steered me away from other dealers. My salesman, Gary, was a pleasure to do business with. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles and patiently answered all my questions. During my first visit I test-drove a 2015 model that had a black interior. At the end of the test drive I explained that I wanted to think about the car and decide whether or not it was the one for me. Gary gave me his contact information and told me to call with any questions, no pressure. After some research I decided on the 2016 model with a tan interior and found the exact car I wanted online at another dealer quite a distance away. When I called Central Chrysler I spoke with Adam as it was Gary’s day off and he quickly got back to me stating he could obtain the car I wanted for the price I stated I was willing to pay. The very next day Gary called to say the car was on the lot. I arrived to view the vehicle and Gary suggested a test drive to ensure this was the right vehicle for me, after which it was a quick and painless process to sign the paperwork. I returned the next day to pick up my beautiful new Jeep and Gary made sure before I drove away that I understood the vehicles many features. If you are in the market for a new car and want a no pressure, pleasurable buying experience I highly recommend you go and see Gary and Adam at Central Jeep! More
Sales So I'm not satisfied at all with the girl I had for my visit. At first everything seemed awesome and good to go then after the test drive it went down hill. ...First off she promised me we could get in my range and then came back with something way out of the ball park I couldn't afford, (I know that's not really her fault but you shouldn't say things like that to someone unless you know for sure) so she got my hopes up for nothing. Secondly when she was on the phone with my financing agent she ended up hanging up on the women because apparently the women "didn't understand her question" then she looked at me and said "I hate people" after all said and done and the price range for the vehicle I was interested in was out of my budget, she basically gave me the look like ok you can go now we are finished here. I really feel like I wasted my time. I never write bad reviews for anything but I just didn't like the experience at all and it made me a bit upset. More
