One of the owners Richard greeted me at the door and was very cordial. Richard introduced me to a sales associate Mark who was friendly and has a no pressure approach to selling cars, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle he sold me. Business manager Greg had all the paperwork done and ready to sign in a timely manner. I got a great Deal from a great staff and I highly recommend buying from this dealership. More

Terrific Sales Experience! I had been in the market for a 2017 Charger Scat Pack for several months. However, no dealers around had what I wanted with the specific options and c I had been in the market for a 2017 Charger Scat Pack for several months. However, no dealers around had what I wanted with the specific options and color I wanted. I also could not wait for a vehicle to be ordered, built, and shipped to a dealer, as my old car would be going to a relative desperately in need of a car. Using various websites (Dodge, Autotrader, etc.) I found 2 exact duplicates with the options and color I wanted. I went to my preferred dealer who services my car (I won't name names here) and asked if they could get either one of the 2 I found, one being in NJ, one in OH. They said it was a bit far for them, but they'd give them a call and check, but said they'd try to put an order in for one and see if it would get a delivery date with a quick turn-around. I reluctantly agreed to that. 5 days later, no calls back from them, I called and the general manager answered my call. He said neither dealer would let go of the cars I found, but also stated he didn't feel right making a that kind of swap/deal for a car and having to drive it back that far, sighting possible damage that could occur. He then stated FCA would not allocate/do an order for a 17 Scat Pack, and asked if I'd like to do an order for an R/T. I told him I made it very clear I wanted a Scat Pack, and nothing else. I had some time to play with, so I decided to wait. Talking to a friend and former co-worker at another Dodge dealer I mentioned about what the first dealer said about not being able to order one, and their reluctance to do a swap far away. He offered to check on the ordering of one, and also see if he could get one of the 2 I found. He called me back a day later, stating 2017 Charger ordering was actually completely closed, that they were already taking orders for 2018 models, and the 2 dealers said no to a swap. I thanked him and went back to waiting. A month later, with much less time left to wait, I searched the Dodge website again. I found that another local dealer just had 4 Scat Pack orders come in, but all were missing a sunroof, which wasn't really a deal breaker for me, 2 in one color, 2 in another color. I went back to the first dealer, and asked if they could get one of them. They said they'd try. I called back everyday, and they stated they had to leave a message with a manager of the other dealer of the car they wanted. They said they were waiting for a call back everyday, after a week they called back and said the other dealer had sold it. However, the car was still on their website for sale, so I called them directly, and they said it was still for sale. I went down there, road tested it, was almost ready to buy it, but they would not budge on the price. There was a specific incentive they would not honor, so I asked for a small amount extra off. The salesman went on to say how they were "transparent" showing the price of the car with the incentives, and they'd be loosing money if they accepted my offer. I left that day, 2 days later they called me back, asking if I was ready to start the paperwork yet. I asked if they were going to accept my offer, they said no, so I declined. The next day they called back again asking if I'd agree to half of what I wanted off extra, would I buy the car. I told them I'd think about it. The next day they called back and I told them half wasn't enough, no thanks. I only wanted an extra $1,000 off, nothing more than that, but they were more concerned in making extra money on the deal. I tried my friends dealer one more time, asking him to try the car in NJ again, and 2 more elsewhere. All 3 were a no, the one I really wanted in NJ stated they had a deposit on the car and even if they didn't, they wouldn't let it go. Talking with another friend a day later, they referred me to Bobbi Sistrunk at Central in Raynham. They had bought their Scat Pack Challenger from her, and said that they could probably find one if they didn't already have it. So I talked to Bobbi, she was a car enthusiast much like me, and stated her manager Ryan Albert was very good at getting a hard to find car. I eMailed her a specific list of the car I wanted, the color choices, and the options and packages desired. By the next day, she eMailed back a copy of a window sticker of a car they found. I immediately recognized it to be the car I wanted at the dealer in NJ, and mentioned that they didn't want to let it go up to this point. She stated Ryan had dealt with that dealer before, and he could probably pull it off. We got the price of the car agreed to, (they honored all of the incentives I qualified for) and I only had to provide a minimal deposit for them to get to work. Like my friends dealer, they told Central there was a deposit on it, but the person trying to buy it was trying to get financed and wasn't having any luck. If that deal didn't go through, they said they would agree to a swap. It took probably around 2 weeks, maybe less, but the deal in NJ fell through, and Central got the car. I was psyched! I went down and looked at the car, it was what I wanted and more, so Bobbi set me up with Tom Lombardi the finance manager, and I did all of the paper work in only 10 minutes. He explained everything clearly, and gave me the final amount the bank check had to be made for. I met Ryan and thanked him for his diligence in getting the car. I went back the next day and dropped the check off. The following Monday, I took delivery. They even were able to get the new version of the NE Patriots plate which were/are on backorder from the registry! I even got a free Scat pack hat! Bobbi showed me the features of the newest radio they now offer, I had one small problem pairing my phone to the bluetooth system, but it was just a glitch with my phone, and I got it to pair later on. If I'd had just gone to Central in Raynham in the first place, I would have had my car allot sooner. You could say they pulled off a miracle even! I will definitely recommend Bobbi and Central of Raynham to anyone looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram! More

And, it's not because I haven't bought a new car in a while. I'm still going strong and steady . Since 2011, I have bought a brand new car EVERY YEAR. Now, on with my review . I just purchased a brand new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit with the 5.7 liter V8 from Central Dodge in Raynham ,Massachusetts . My Salesman was Timothy Leonardo. Timothy Leonardo is a wonderful Salesman. I initially met with Tim in January of 2017 and test drove the Jeep Grand Cherokee . Tim was very accommodating. He let me drive the Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4X4, and a Dodge Charger with the 5.7 liter Hemi- V8. I took to Tim and his warm and honest personality immediately . Unfortunately, it wasn't the right time for me to get into a new car. However , I did promise Tim I would be back within 12 months to purchase a brand new Vehicle from him . Despite having easy access to competing Jeep/ Dodge Dealerships, Timothy's personality and honestly had me sold when I met him in January . Therefore , I very much wanted to do business with him. I called Tim on Friday, 6/24/17 and made an appointment to meet with him that afternoon at 2:30pm. I met with Tim at the Central Dodge Jeep. We discussed the desired car I wanted and my financial options . I told Tim that I wanted a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with the 5.7 Liter V8 . We discussed the color I wanted. We discussed available rebates . My color choices were the Burgundy Red, Iridescent Pearl White, and Granite Steel Grey Metallic . I got $10,000 in rebates plus the dealership took an additional $1500 off the sticker of the car as a loyalty Thank for purchasing my Jeep from Central Dodge . They also installed mud guards free of charge as well as free Simonize for my vehicles paint finish. A free extra protection Warranty that would cover small dents, dings, scratches as well as protection for the gorgeous 20 inch rims on the car . I can't say enough about my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It's the first car I've bought off Central Dodge . Everyone at the Dealership was courteous , warm and professional . I can't say enough about Timothy Leonardo . He's not only a good , honest Salesman . He's a great , warm and loving person . These personality traits all shine through in the first five minutes after talking to Tim. His professionalism, and salesmanship bristled with such refined brilliance . I'm very happy to have become a part of the Central Dodge , Jeep family . I'm more grateful to know Timothy Leonardo . I think of him as my little brother . That's how great he is . Thank you Central Jeep Dodge . Amazing Experience Over the last few months I've been to numerous Jeep, Nissan, and Toyota dealerships in both MA and NY. But I finally found the vehicle that I had been searching for at Central Jeep. I was paired up with Elden Ip and I couldn't have had a better experience. Elden was personable/professional/knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help me obtain everything that I was looking for in my Jeep. Through this experience I feel as though I gained a friend which was evident when I contacted Elden to ask for advice/help my mom deal with an issue that she was going through at a local Toyota dealership. He stayed late and took the time to help my mom and get her out of the bind that she was in. I also had the pleasure of working with Everette in finance. He was also instrumental in making my car experience what it was. He explained everything and all of my options, and even stayed late to help get my paper work in to ensure that I could pick up my car the following weekend without having to spend the whole day there.
