BUYER BEWARE! Arrived today at CentralJCDR for a scheduled oil change and inspection sticker. Aaron went over the vehicle and confirmed the services to then let me know the cost at which was significantly higher than what was sent to me in an email. I declined the oil change but left the keys with Aaron for the inspection. Approximately 10 minutes later, I walked by the service department and my vehicle was parked in the same spot and at that time I missed a call from Aaron so I went back in. I was met at the door by Aaron who informed me that my tailgate brake light was out and due to safety, it would fail the inspection. The repair was going to cost me roughly $500-$600. I declined, left and went home to where in hindsight I should’ve had Aaron step on my brake to confirm that it needed repair, because when I got home and asked the cop detail that was outside of my house, he said they were all working properly. I was very close to being a victim of a scam upcharge for service that wasn’t needed. Be aware and diligent if you choose to do business here. P.S Vehicle inspection passed elsewhere. More
Beware of Jeeps paint jobs. I've purchased a 2016 Cherokee and a 2021 Ram truck from here. I've been happy with the Jeep machanically but now the paint on the roof is coming off I've purchased a 2016 Cherokee and a 2021 Ram truck from here. I've been happy with the Jeep machanically but now the paint on the roof is coming off in chuncks. This is a well know problem with Jeep, my son's also has paint pealing off his hood. I've been thru the process of the dealership and Chrysler corp. and no one is willing to help. I don't exspect a car to go 7 years without problems but I do expect the paint to stay on. I was very happy with my salesman Mike and the body guy Anthony for at least looking into it but this is a manufactors problem and they are not standing behind their work. I checked off I would not recommend this Dealer not because of them but their product. So if looking for a Chrysler product....Beware. More

A couple months ago (approximately December) I had a scheduled oil change and told them I had a rusted bolt on the door of my 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The person I spoke with personally walked me over to the scheduled oil change and told them I had a rusted bolt on the door of my 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The person I spoke with personally walked me over to the body shop and explained the issue to the manager, Anthony. Anthony took photos of the bolt and told me he would file a claim and it should be under warranty and to expect a call from him. Several months passed and I had not heard from him and called Jeep to schedule my next oil change and asked to be connected to the body shop to get a status of the replacement part. I left a message with the receptionist and did not hear from him. I called a week or so later and the receptionist told me he was out at lunch and would call me back. He called me back shortly after and told me he would look into it and would call me in a couple days. He never called back. After a couple weeks I called back and the receptionist left a note on Anthony’s desk to call me, he never did. I called about a week later and the receptionist left another note on his desk. He called me shortly after and seemed to be annoyed I had called again and it made him look bad by not returning my calls. He told me he was too busy and he never ordered the part or placed the claim. He told me he would call me in a couple days and it has been just about two weeks and he never called. I would not recommend this dealership for any body work. Anthony seems to be inconvenienced by such a minor job and is putting more important (expensive) jobs first. I will be in search of another dealership for oil changes and maintenance. More
This was my first time taking my Chrysler to Raynham. I met one of the kindest employees ever at a dealership! I had a recall to update the powertrain software. There is really no better place to buy in Mass than Central. First, there's no way you'll find a better deal. It's rare for the GM of the dealership to get involved on an every day deal but he was as responsive and helpful and anyone on his team. With all of the shortages, this was a custom order and it arrived in way less time than I expected. There are so many Jeep dealers in MA but none of them came remotely close on price and the service here was as good as you'll find anywhere. They even delivered it to my door (I live an hour from the dealer). Again, thanks to Adam, Shane, Jon and the entire team for a really great experience! More
