I was advised to bring my new wrangler in as I was receiving a service hybrid electric system warning. I brought it in, waited over 1 hour for a rental car then was called at 3pm and told nothing was receiving a service hybrid electric system warning. I brought it in, waited over 1 hour for a rental car then was called at 3pm and told nothing was done to my car because a software update will supposed fix the issue soon. I wasted my whole day over a non-issue! More

Purchased a used Jeep Patriot for my daughter. The car was checked out by my mechanic and was exactly as advertised. One small item was needed and had been ordered by the dealer prior to purchase.
