Also a shout out to Nick for listening and acknowledging the seriousness of problem, taking ownership AND fixing it to my present satisfaction. It is only a couple of days post-service visit; however my Patriot seems to be running perfectly. While I wish that this service visit had been unnecessary, everyone in service and Dan in rentals treated me great. Although I went in quite angry about the major problem after only 4 wks of ownership, I left feeling good about how I was treated and the problems' resolution, Thank you to all! Jeanne Black More
My 4 year old van was still under warranty and the transmission failed. Took them 10 days to even BEGIN to look at it and tried dismissing it as having too much fluid - it didn’t. I had to argue with transmission failed. Took them 10 days to even BEGIN to look at it and tried dismissing it as having too much fluid - it didn’t. I had to argue with the “service advisor” after she basically said i was being unreasonable. From then on, dealt only with the service manager. He was better but communication was still a massive issue. I had to constantly call for updates, usually left messages, and sometimes didn’t get a call back. In total, it was 23 days from towing in to getting it back. I completely understand it was a major job, but there’s zero excuse for the lack of action when it first went in, and for the failure to communicate effectively with me. Only once in 23 days did they call me without me having to call them first. Just an awful, awful experience. More

Amanda answered all my questions and is always very knowledgeable and helpful. She kept me informed, during the day of the progress and notified me when it was time to come and pick up my vehicle. Dan in the rental department supplied a rental car that was comparable to my vehicle; so that I was not be inconvenienced by a rental that would cause any difficulty to me during my day. I will always recommend Central for service! More
