I couldn’t believe how good it was I went to Central on December 23 rather early. My Wrangler had developed some steering issues which we Googled (amazing, right?). The service tech ( I went to Central on December 23 rather early. My Wrangler had developed some steering issues which we Googled (amazing, right?). The service tech (I think his name was Peter) checked the VIN number and found that, indeed, the Jeep was on the recall list. Why I was not informed about this earlier is still a mystery to me. Another service guy almost immediately volunteered to work me in and within 40 minutes, my Jeep was fixed. I cannot tell you how nice everyone was to me. It was an awful time (right before Christmas) and they were short of workers. But I was from NC (my son lives in Norwood) and worried about the future of my Jeep. The guy in the Jeep Grill (which is a candy store for Jeep owners!) was great and no one had to be! I was from out of town, in a Jeep they didn’t sell me, and asking for a favor when dozens of others were doing the same thing. I rode by Central many times over the next few days and told anyone in the car how nice you all were to me. It is something I will never forget. I cannot thank you enough for your compassion and excellence. More

He also did his very best to get the vehicle analyzed as soon as possible.i found the staff to be very courteous And professional. My only concern is that two of the parts had to be replaced much earlier than I felt it should have been based upon the mileage and I was told I need to discuss that directly with the jeep manufacturer I.
