Good experience Brought my car in for an oil change and for electronic stability control error symbol. I had just picked up my car from the Collision Center less than a week prior and they worked with the Collision Center to have the electronic stability control error corrected as that was due to an accident. They were all nice and responded quickly to the issue. Car is back and so far so good! More

Came in for an oil change and a leakage tire issue as well as a gas door issue. Replaced the door, fixed the leak and bought a oil package deal. Great customer service. Originally I brought my car in for a check engine light repair. The light cleared its self and I did not need to have anything repaired which is a plus. I called and asked if I could just have a regular oil change done since my car was already there. When I got to the service center to pay and pick up my car, the woman helping me said my oil change was $75!!! I have never paid that much for an oil change in my life.. I asked for a regular oil change and they used synthetic oil. When I asked why the women said "oh its required". No its not, my car has NEVER used synthetic oil. When I looked at the receipt it said they changed the filter. I just changed my air filters the oil change prior to this one.. Absolutely unacceptable. The women did offer to get me help but I was already running late to an appointment. I will never come to central for service work again. I am not sure who decides what oil is going to be used for a REGULAR oil change but $75 for an oil change asinine. More

Better Than Most Places They diagnosed the issue, gave me a fixed price before proceeding with repair, ordered the part I needed, fixed it by the next day, and called me when They diagnosed the issue, gave me a fixed price before proceeding with repair, ordered the part I needed, fixed it by the next day, and called me when it was ready. That's all I really ask for in an auto repair shop. Burned a big hole in my wallet, more than I would have spent at a local shop, but at least I'm confident it was repaired correctly which is a 50-50 bet elsewhere. The employees were friendly enough, which is also a 50-50 bet elsewhere. I'd come again if needed. More
