Service Excellence I have written a number of reviews, and always positive. This last visit had to do with a recall. It was again handled so well. I see that the survey I have written a number of reviews, and always positive. This last visit had to do with a recall. It was again handled so well. I see that the survey continues to ask questions about the virus, and how the staff handled it. I felt very safe. The recall on my Jeep had to do with tightening the bolts holding on the windshield wipers. I am nearly 80 years old, and very concerned about my health and safety during these terrible times. Service was very sensitive to this, and allowed me to stay in my car at the service entrance while the 5 minute job was completed. I mean who does that? This goes beyond my expectations.
