Year later and still impressed I purchased a brand new 2019 truck on 7/31/19. I had a major issue with taking delivery. It was pretty bad. My issue was with the GM at the time. I thought he was just being nice to get me to take the truck. He made a lot of verbal promises and I was very skeptical at the time. A whole year later I needed to update my review to what reflects my actual experience with this dealership. I can confirm the owner is a man of his word. He has honored everyone of his verbal promises. Since buying my truck I have been back to the dealer for service about 4 times. Every time I go there it's better than the last one. The service manager is Nick Santora and he is great. He pays attention to detail and listens to my concerns. He has always taken care of any issue I have had. If he is not there his team has NEVER dropped the ball. I even had a small issue with a rental car company down the street (unrelated). Nick asked "hey why are you still here" I explained the issue and he set me up with a nicer rental in less than 5 minutes. Nick has made me feel like a VIP. He goes out of his way to make sure I am happy. I have seen the owner in passing and he goes out of his way to wave and say hello to me. I think people are quick to tell the world of their bad experiences but not enough people update their reviews if circumstances have changed. I can truly say they turned a bad experience into several positive experiences. More

In and out and exactly what you'd expect I brought my Jeep for a steering wheel button issue and was easily able to make an appointment using the online feature. I showed up and was greeted I brought my Jeep for a steering wheel button issue and was easily able to make an appointment using the online feature. I showed up and was greeted within minutes. Paperwork done and was on my way. Came back later that day and same thing: greeted right away and away I went. I couldn't have asked for a more easy day dealing with the issue thanks to the staff there. More
Worse Service They had my car for 19 days! Lied to me along the way, Delayed for no sound reason even ordering the part they said was needed, and then wasn't. Had p They had my car for 19 days! Just a human error but charged me $10,082 for a $1,082 job. While I know just an error, it could have caused problems with my credit rating etc. They did discount the second part that should have been replaced first, but not until after I made a fuss. They originally wanted to charge me another $1,125. Did not offer a rental until 15 days into this nightmare and only after I called the owner Peter Catanese II at home on a Saturday morning. They did try to make up for the experience by detailing my car which while not erasing this experience was appreciated. More
The dealership was excellent I came from Ct. to purchase a truck they had in stock Jonathan my sales person was very good dealing with the issue of get ct plates in Massachusetts for me . Disappointing With the invisible spread of COVID-19, I am very cautious about any interaction. That being said, there are documented COVID-19 protocols every where With the invisible spread of COVID-19, I am very cautious about any interaction. That being said, there are documented COVID-19 protocols every where (hand sanitizer, social distancing, masks, etc.) for any activity. However, there was just the one sign at the entrance of the service department about a mask requirement. No other notices of how I would be protected or my car sanitized after service was completed. Even the behind the glass people were not wearing masks and not always 6 feet a part from one another. When I went to get into my Jeep, the windows were up, and again, no indication of any sanitization procedure had taken place Since I was primarily going in for a recall and noted it as part of the online scheduling form a week out, I was disappointed to get a phone call 7 hours after my car was dropped off that not all the required recall parts were in stock. Thus, requiring another appointment, once the parts are back in stock. Finally, even though I had a dealer supplied coupon for a oil change and tire rotation - and noted it on my online service appointment - and provided it the service associate, it was not properly recorded when the bill was printed (a difference of over $25). Fortunately, I carefully reviewed the bill, between receiving it at the service desk and walking to the cashier. At which point they had to look it up online and then reprint the bill. Easy and helpful This is our son's Jeep and we are so pleased with the service department that we are planning to purchase a Jeep for our daughter next year. He made sure that the mechanic knew we are taking a long road trip to check everything to make sure it is perfect for us. More
