Nope it wasnt caused by anything. Other then a careless mistake from your service department!! Car is a 2016 brand new, its in perfect condition , from this dealership, has Only been serviced by this dealership! I am able to read lips,,, I repeated EXACTLY what your service “man” said to the woman and gentlemen from the service desk when he discovered the latch wasnt closed... They first told me the car needs to “warm up”. When I said nope its a 2016 not an antique vehicle, then they said “its the battery” I said ok no problem You all replaced the Battery not to long ago... yup clearly not taking responsibility for a CARELESS mistake that could have turn FATAL had I driven it on the highway

Hi MS_CMORGAN, We want to first apologize that your recent visit here did not go as planned. As you know we went ABOVE and BEYOND to fix, and gave you the best deal possible to fix your 17 yr old vehicle. If you recall we performed a repair on your vehicle for a heavily discounted rate and you were not happy with performance of the part that was installed. We agreed to swap out the part and return the old one to the manufacturer because we had recourse since it was within 30 days of install. After agreeing to the terms of the swap which was to only charge you the difference for the NEW part you decided to return 1 year later to have it installed. Here at Central we are very understanding of the current pandemic situation and understand that is the reason for you returning 1 year later. As a result the original part was no longer returnable. We absorbed the cost of the old part and still only charged you the difference in price for the NEW part ONLY. At time of the swap we noticed that the transmission lines were leaking and your vehicle had transmission codes related to being low on fluid. I know it was the last thing you wanted to hear with your vehicle at this time because the last 2 shops you went to did not mention it but at the end of the day we were being nothing BUT honest with you throughout. We believe you should be upset with the other two shops lack of honesty instead. With that all being said we gave you a heavily discounted quote to repair the vehicle but also HONESTLY advised you that it was not in your best interest to keep spending money on this vehicle and offered assistance in replacing the vehicle with a Certified Pre Owned.
