I needed a tire replaced after a flat. The man who checked me in wasn't very friendly. Also, he quoted me 30 minutes and it took 65 minutes. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for service. Shawn was courteous and asked me to wait at the Dealership’s coffee shop while the Jeep is being serviced. The coffee shop is a full service diner. I had a ham and cheese omelet and a coffee. There is also a free wifi, and a clothing plus Jeep accessories shop next to the coffee shop. Everyone is friendly and respectful. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and will definitely return again. More
