7/16/2021 Terrible service. Service rep said it would take about a couple hours to be fixed. I spent 5.5 hours waiting there only to be told that they hadn't even looked at it yet! And I had to go to the take about a couple hours to be fixed. I spent 5.5 hours waiting there only to be told that they hadn't even looked at it yet! And I had to go to the desk to inquire, because no one responsed to the text they sent me earlier asking me to feel free to ask any questions. The sales rep didn't know if it would be done that day and did not offer a free rent a car. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I'd have to wait because he was talking to someone else. I took it to another mechanic and he fixed a faulty wire in just one hour. I will never take my car in to be services at Central Dealership again. More
