Fast Friendly Service I was able to drop in for service for an oil change without an appointment. My service advisor was very personable. The service was very effecient. This is a small thing, but I really like that the technician rounded up my “next service” sticker to be an even 64,000 miles. Some places would say 63,877 miles, and then I’d feel like I didn’t even have 3,000 miles of drive time left till my next service, before I even pull out of the driveway. More

Accommodating I recently leased a new jeep and have been trying to take it to only dealers for service. My first two visits to Norwood were average and slightly con I recently leased a new jeep and have been trying to take it to only dealers for service. My first two visits to Norwood were average and slightly confusing but Lionel really changed my opinion at my last visit. I brought my Jeep in for an interior detail which I have never done in my lifetime. I planned on waiting for the car and Lionel very generously offered me a car for the day since the sevice would take most of the day. When I declined, he took 10% off my bill for the inconvenience. I was greatly impressed with the service and will continue coming here! More
