I can't tell you how other Jeep dealerships I drive by on my way to Central Jeep Chry Consistently great experiences have made me a lifetime customer. I can't tell you how other Jeep dealerships I drive by on my way to Central Jeep Chrysler / Just for Jeeps in Norwood. I refuse to go anywhere else after having the service that I've had. I've spent a ton of money modifying my Jeep with them. They give really fair prices and do excellent work. So far I've had them install a lift kit, various other suspension upgrades, wheels and tires among other things. In addition, JFJ set me up with their water leaking guru, who was able to diagnose and (mostly) fix my leaking roof/doors within two days. For reference, another dealer took three weeks to attempt to fix it, and failed miserably. I have not purchased any vehicles from them yet, but because of the service experiences, they have earned all of my business. Special shout out to Matt Murmello who has gone above and beyond in his customer service! More

Two hour oil change They recommend an air filter change for $109.00. I did it myself in 10 minuets- the filter cost $18.00. Stop stiffing your customers! Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I made an appointment for a new tire and the woman I spoke to told me my tires were covered under warranty but when I got there, that wasn’t the case. I made an appointment for a new tire and the woman I spoke to told me my tires were covered under warranty but when I got there, that wasn’t the case. Central also did a recall on my car, they told me it was quick and would take 20 minuets. I sat there for 3 1/2 hours. When my car was “all set” I got in and drove a quart mile and a bunch of lights came on and my car was idling way to high and at a complete stop was about to bog out. I brought it back they ran a diagnostic and told me it was fine. I got back in and my check engine light came on. I felt like they were trying to push me out the door and they weren’t listening to me. I told them to put me in a rental and call me when the figured it out, which they did. The service manager was rude and gave me attitude because I wouldn’t believe her when she said my car was fine. I felt like she was trying to push me out the door. Shawn nagle was the only respectful and helpful person I dealt with. More
