Maintenance service I set up this appointment 3 weeks prior using the online appointment scheduler. I chose the options for Oil change, Tire rotation and Inspection stic I set up this appointment 3 weeks prior using the online appointment scheduler. I chose the options for Oil change, Tire rotation and Inspection sticker. Upon arrival i also stated that i was there for those items. Two hours later my vehicle was done. When i went to retrieve my keys i was handed them with the "receipt" and told i was all set, my Inspection sticker was not done, nor was anything said that it wasn't or why it wasn't. I was pressed for time so was not able to stay to have that done at that time, and since i already have to travel 30 minutes to get to this location i couldn't set up another one, especially since the sticker was expiring the next day (having made the appointment 3 weeks before i wasn't expecting to have to be a last minute inspection sticker person) Luckily i was able to find a place that i could get it done quickly near my work. I feel that when i dropped off my vehicle it wasn't clear as to what i was there for. The clerk asked me if i had an appointment and what i was there for, after telling him i did and what i was there for he only said my name and asked if i was waiting, to which i replied i will be in the area, he said "you are all set, see you in a little bit" it was never confirmed with me what i was there for from the attendant. Since i purchased my vehicle there i will be back for future service but i just feel that they may need to verify the services being done on vehicles to make sure this doesn't happen to someone else..
