third times the charm the first time i brought my 2011 dodge ram for this recall they apologized for not having the part in stock. The second time i made a appointment wait the first time i brought my 2011 dodge ram for this recall they apologized for not having the part in stock. The second time i made a appointment waited a month,was there at 830 they took it right in but when i told them I would wait they said it was going to take all day an so they gave me a ride home. At about 1 pm the called and told my wife that I could pick up the truck,BUT when I got there they said that I needed to make another appointment because they didn't have the part! When I asked what were they doing all morning the guy at the desk told me the mechanic had to do a visual look at the part to order it. I was furious wasting my morning without my truck. after making another appointment about a month latter I brought my truck back only to be told they couldnt work on it cause I had a half tank of gas and needed to come back when the tank was almost empty.When i came back I was greeted with a man named Shawn Nagle who was very helpful He told me that they were going to take it right in and he said that I could wait for it he was a pleasure to work with More

The wait time for the parts to come in was right along with what Shawn described and the final cost for the repairs ended up being exactly what Shawn said it would be. On a side-note.... Shout-out to Zenia DiSangro in the Sales Dept... I have purchased 2 vehicles from her and plan on only buying future vehicles from her! I have referred friends to Zenia and she has done an excellent job with getting all of us into the best Dodge/Chrysler for us. More
