They couldn’t care less. I’ve owned 6 Rams and 4 Jeeps over the years (ex-wife’s). Loved the product, particularly my Rebel, but after my latest experience with Central, I think when my lease is up, I will be going to Ford. More

Terrible experience! I made an appointment for 8/24 over 2 weeks prior to bring my vehicle in for a few service issues. My husband called 2 days before & asked if there we I made an appointment for 8/24 over 2 weeks prior to bring my vehicle in for a few service issues. My husband called 2 days before & asked if there were any cancellations for day before (8/23) & a service person said we could bring it in a day early..We dropped it off night before & Gabriel from service dept. called me in the morning and began the conversation with “You don’t have an appt today or tomorrow. He was extremely rude to start &’it just got worse from there. I explained to him I did in fact have an appt for the 24th & called ahead & was told we could bring in early-day before & he continued to argue with me about it. Then he said well what’s the problem. I went over the issues & explained I completed the early bird envelope with all things to Ben taken care of. He had that already. He was very rude again & I ended the conversation. I called @3pm to check on car & Gabriell said it’s not ready & it won’t be-with no explanation & said I can pick it up the next day because I already had an appt for that day anyway. I told him i had made other arrangements & I needed the car ready by end of day & he said it’s not going to be & this happens every day & there’s not enough techs etc... again another very upsetting conversation. I asked him what time do they stop working & he said 5 & I asked if he can please get it done by then because I had to pick it up & he said no. I was so upset by his unbelievable rude nature that I called my husband & asked him to call him. He did & the conversation was worse. We are stunned that Gabriel works in the service dept as he is Ill equipped to speak with customers & is argumentative & rude. Both my husband& myself purchased both vehicles from Central but doubtful we will return for service or purchases in the future. This was completely uncalled for & unnecessary. I owned my own insurance agency for over 20 years & your customers are why you are in business. Gabriel is damaging your service dept. More

third times the charm the first time i brought my 2011 dodge ram for this recall they apologized for not having the part in stock. The second time i made a appointment wait the first time i brought my 2011 dodge ram for this recall they apologized for not having the part in stock. The second time i made a appointment waited a month,was there at 830 they took it right in but when i told them I would wait they said it was going to take all day an so they gave me a ride home. At about 1 pm the called and told my wife that I could pick up the truck,BUT when I got there they said that I needed to make another appointment because they didn't have the part! When I asked what were they doing all morning the guy at the desk told me the mechanic had to do a visual look at the part to order it. I was furious wasting my morning without my truck. after making another appointment about a month latter I brought my truck back only to be told they couldnt work on it cause I had a half tank of gas and needed to come back when the tank was almost empty.When i came back I was greeted with a man named Shawn Nagle who was very helpful He told me that they were going to take it right in and he said that I could wait for it he was a pleasure to work with More
