Excellent Customer Care Shawn gave me an initial quote for my service but after I left he continued to dig around and found an extended warranty that covered the work. Car Returned with Damage Time and Time Again I only use this service center because my Fiat is under warranty and it is the only Fiat service center anywhere near me (and it is still a 90 minute I only use this service center because my Fiat is under warranty and it is the only Fiat service center anywhere near me (and it is still a 90 minute drive). I've had my vehicle in several times for warranty covered issues and EACH time it was returned to me filthy and with a completely different issue. The first time, a handle was replaced, and the technician forgot to put an exterior little panel piece back on car. This was near the handle and view obstructed. When I got in car after repair, the warning lights for seat belt were blaring and other warning lights on. At this point, I did not realize piece was missing. The service center actually ignored these electrical issues, saying this was not connected to the work they had just done. I had to bring it back in for another appointment, and over that weekend I discovered the missing piece. Air was getting in to area where electrical components are stored and messing up the signals. No apology. In fact, the staff was indignant and sassy in response. I've had Fiat in for air conditioner condenser, there for 2 days, I pick up car and there is a HUGE scratch on the front end of car. It was covered in dirt and grime from the work done. Another electrical issue with warning lights flashing. This is how the car was returned to me. Someone on site also drove it 3 miles! I had taken a photo of odometer when I dropped it off. When the service manager came out to see the issue with the car, she was flippant, saying, "I can see if we can buff out that scratch" and she pushed on the light associated with the flashing warning and that seemed to snap something in place. She is going to "see if we can buff out" a scratch THEY put on my car? How about an apology and stating YOU WILL REPAIR it. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE from this dealership because you will be stuck with their service center. I've been there 7 or 8 times and the service folks are deliberately argumentative; talk about customers in front of other customers; the repair work is horrendously shoddy; there are always other customers there upset so I know I am not alone. When I picked up this filthy mess with a scratch, I asked the service manager why my vehicle which was brought in with a shiny exterior was being returned to me covered in grime and dirt from the work they did, she said, "We don't wash the cars". I am opening a second complaint with Fiat directly for the actions of this service center and the inept work and horrendous customer service. Again, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTER. More
