Service was excellent, communication was poor I picked the service package I wanted and was told it would take 1/2 of the day to complete. I heard nothing all day, so I called and my Jeep still wa I picked the service package I wanted and was told it would take 1/2 of the day to complete. I also was never called by my name and felt like a number. I straightened out the price when I got the Sevice Center, which went smoothly. My Jeep was better than I was! More
