I continue to go to Central for service. I have been going to Central for years. I have mostly been pleased with the service there. I have had a few minor hiccups with the attitude of some of I have been going to Central for years. I have mostly been pleased with the service there. I have had a few minor hiccups with the attitude of some of the people working the phones. However, I will continue to go there. I like the fact that I can have breakfast while I wait for my auto. I hope someday Chrysler manufactures convertibles again. When they do, I will certainly make a trade. More

Terrible service The short version of my absolute night mare experience with the service center is this: I needed to bring my Jeep in to have the check engine light d The short version of my absolute night mare experience with the service center is this: I needed to bring my Jeep in to have the check engine light diagnosed. I was told it would be a 3 week wait. I went to my own mechanic who replaced the oil temp sensor. The light came back on after a few days so my mechanic suggested that I go to my dealer. I was again told about the 3 week wait but I was able to speak to a supervisor and get in a week later. I told them what had already been done. I was not told that I would need to leave my car so I had to bring it back another day so I could arrange transportation home. Apparently they don't have the parts in stock there and it would take a day to get them!!! I was finally told I could pick it up in a week but when I did, the light still came on and they had replaced the exact same part that my mechanic had just put in. I had to leave it again and found out that it was something wrong in the wiring. I kept calling to see if my jeep was ready but they told they were working on it in between other cars. Mind you this all started the middle of October and now it is December! I ended up getting the general manager involved who had a different service manager call me and tell me the status. I do not live close to the dealer so getting there was not easy. I finally picked up my car a week ago and it seems OK so far. The labor charge is about $150 an hour. I was charged $423 for the same work there that my mechanic did for $100, even after telling them that the part was just replaced. They did not find the real problem until after the second time I left it. After several complaints to the general manager, when I picked up my jeep I was told there would be no additional charge for the work they had to do and they also gave me a free rental for most of the time it was being fixed. I still had to pay the $423 for the initial work. They were nice gestures but the aggravation that I went through and the amount of time and travel I invested in what should not have taken that long, prompted me to write this. I will not return there for service the the future. More
poor communication i bring in my car early morning. it foes unrouched all day. i get no call saying that until i call the next day for an update. i come in to get a loa i bring in my car early morning. it foes unrouched all day. i get no call saying that until i call the next day for an update. i come in to get a loaner only to be told my car is all set. i then ask if the starter is working and the tire is fixed only to be told they couldn’t find anything with the tire that i mentioned was leaking air and needs air weekly. i get the loaner so they can figure out the problem with the tire. the car was completed and i got no call and didn’t know until reached out again to fet an update More

Oil change, tire rotation etc My appt mass at 8:30 and I was taken as soon as I drove in and Lisa tagged my car and took my information. We had a friendly conversation and she told me about the waiting room . I waited in the waiting room witch has free coffee and if you want food it’s available . It is a very comfortable room with magazines and TVand hook up for your connection very convenience. Lisa came and got me as soon as my vehicle was ready. My experience is excellent. More
Great delivery I arrived more than 1 hour early for my appointment and they took my car in. They found a leak and notified me right away which it was a factory issue I arrived more than 1 hour early for my appointment and they took my car in.
