It took more than 3 people, 2 trips there, and 2 hours for someone to realize there is a reset button (not mentioned in owner's manual) that needs to be pushed after inflating. I would expect the service department to know the vehicles they service. That's the bad part. The good part is Lisa Dunne who fit me in when I showed up. She's a gem. More

Tony Okoh the Sales Advisor is most professional, polite and sincere about providing the best possible sales and delivery experience. He has my highest possible recommendation. I exclusively work with him on all referrals. He is the best! Johannah Fraenkel the Service Dept. manager is also very professional and knows how to push through warranty claims and make sure loaner vehicles are provided.
