Oil Change | Directional Issue This one one busy place. In order to get an appointment on the weekend - I would have had to wait several weeks. Due to too many complications in my schedule, I called and asked (begged) for any available slot on the weekend and the woman on the phone found a slot for me. I was thrilled . However, when I arrived ... I was not listed on their schedule. I was still able to leave my vehicle for an oil change and an issue I'm having with my directional. I was grateful they were able to still fit me in. I left it there and a few hours passed and I got the call that the car (Renegade) was ready for pick up - however, they could not seem to track down the issue with the directional. They ran diagnostics but nothing seemed to be showing up and there were not successful in recreating the issue at the shop. The issue continues. Lisa was very pleasant and throughly explained everything to me. I truly appreciated her help, clarity and patience. More
