I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I asked if they could do an inspection sticker for me on short notice. While he wasn't able to promise me anything up front, he did come by the Jeep Grill where I was waiting and told me he would be able to get me in, which was a huge help for me. Thanks Gary! On a different note, I was disappointed that the Jeep Grill was not open for hot sandwiches/cold cuts/etc. It only had drinks, chips, snacks, etc.. Hopefully this was a random occurrence and not the norm moving forward. They always had good sandwiches before! More

Above and Beyond I live in New Jersey and I was in Massachusetts last weekend when my Jeep began making an alarmingly loud noise. Needless to say, I was terribly anxious about my return trip to New Jersey. The Jeep dealership in Norwood was closest to me at the time and I called the service department for assistance. I was told that they were unusually busy and would not be able to look at my car until March. When I explained that I was travelling from out of the state and concerned about my safety, Service Advisor (Lisa Dunne) arranged for me to come in immediately and one of the mechanics (David Mercado) looked at my car and did the repairs that day! It was later on a Saturday too - they were closing soon. I am so incredibly appreciative!!!! More

not very good you had me wait 2.5 hours after is specifically said I wanted an inspection as I was already bringing my car in for an oil change. what's the point o you had me wait 2.5 hours after is specifically said I wanted an inspection as I was already bringing my car in for an oil change. what's the point of saying, "yeah, just the us know you want an inspection when you bring it in." and then line up car after car and say, "well, there are cars ahead of you now for an inspection.' it's pointless to say, 'we can do it.' it's no different than if I came in off the street at whatever time asked for an inspection. I'd still have to wait behind other cars. once my car is there and the oil change is done, then my car should go next for an inspection. More
