Awful customer service; awful experience Will NEVER return to this dealership for service or future vehicle purchases. Pricing for any service is absolute robbery. They wanted to charge $150 Will NEVER return to this dealership for service or future vehicle purchases. Pricing for any service is absolute robbery. They wanted to charge $150 just to run a diagnostic test for a notification that popped up regarding a vehicle concern. I needed a new seatbelt and they quoted $650 to replace it- with NO explanation of such an outrageous cost. Also asked if I wanted a tire rotation with my service & didn’t even complete the service!! This is ESPECIALLY true when the customer service does not even try to compensate for their ridiculous charges. When you walk into the service center it’s like you’re walking into a graveyard. No one has a personality and is so robotic and RUDE. Not sure what sort of training these employees go through, but they ALL could use a lesson in customer service. Not one person in that place had a smile or could offer any sort of empathatic nature towards their customers. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Took my car to another shop the very next day. More

It took more than 3 people, 2 trips there, and 2 hours for someone to realize there is a reset button (not mentioned in owner's manual) that needs to be pushed after inflating. I would expect the service department to know the vehicles they service. That's the bad part. The good part is Lisa Dunne who fit me in when I showed up. She's a gem. More
