Moderate Service took longer than I was told. I pulled up for service and no one was there to greet me. I had to leave my car and go inside to tell them I had Service took longer than I was told. I went there during the weekearly morning because my “changr of oil is required” light was on and they turned me away. I had purchased and leased with Honda in the past and the service with Honda was always great I been discouraged with jeep service. More
Service was awesome Went for an oil change-recall and tire change. Got right in. Busy Department The service department seems to be quite busy. I brought my van in for a coolant leak on a Wednesday. They indicated I would get it back by Friday. They did not get around to looking at it until the next Monday. I got it back on Tuesday. Seven days to replace a water pump. More

Oil Change | Directional Issue This one one busy place. In order to get an appointment on the weekend - I would have had to wait several weeks. I accepted this and scheduled for This one one busy place. In order to get an appointment on the weekend - I would have had to wait several weeks. I accepted this and scheduled for an earlier date, but a week day. Due to too many complications in my schedule, I called and asked (begged) for any available slot on the weekend and the woman on the phone found a slot for me. I was thrilled . However, when I arrived ... I was not listed on their schedule. I was still able to leave my vehicle for an oil change and an issue I'm having with my directional. I was grateful they were able to still fit me in. I left it there and a few hours passed and I got the call that the car (Renegade) was ready for pick up - however, they could not seem to track down the issue with the directional. They ran diagnostics but nothing seemed to be showing up and there were not successful in recreating the issue at the shop. The issue continues. Lisa was very pleasant and throughly explained everything to me. I truly appreciated her help, clarity and patience. More
Not the greatest service department I came in because I have been having software issues with my jeep which I was told a year and a half ago and there was nothing wrong with it and they I came in because I have been having software issues with my jeep which I was told a year and a half ago and there was nothing wrong with it and they wanted me to wait there all day without offering me a loaner or rental I did get a loaner and a rental five hours later and then they called me an hour after that my car was ready so it just wasn’t very convenient Especially since this is been an ongoing issue that shouldn’t be happening like a brand new car and I waited two weeks for the appointment And then waited four hours four them to take it in More
