Recall and Brakes done as advertised I was given great service at Central Jeep in Norwood. They did the recall no charge as expected, and they told me I only needed rear brakes whih was I was given great service at Central Jeep in Norwood. They did the recall no charge as expected, and they told me I only needed rear brakes whih was welcome news. Work was done with no problems afterwards. My only riticism (and the reason for 4 vs 5 stars) is that I had an appointment for 7;30 AM on a Friday, and at 1:00 I called to get status and they hadn't even brought it into the service bay yet. I could have slept later on my day off and brought the Wrangler in at noon if they weren't going to look at it until after lunch. More

So Supportive I had an issue with me vehicle and did not have extended warranty, JoHanna the service manager and Bill advised me to call the manufacturer and see wh I had an issue with me vehicle and did not have extended warranty, JoHanna the service manager and Bill advised me to call the manufacturer and see what they can do since the issue was more of a defect with the product. I did just that but was met with resistance initially. I let JoHanna know (must have called her and Bill a million times on this) that the manufacturer is saying they can’t do anything as I don’t have warranty. Again JoHanna said to keep voicing my concerns and not to give up. I’m glad I listened to her because her advice worked! The manufacturer agreed to cover the cost to fix my vehicle (over 2K!). This is why even if they are booked a month or more or I will always come here at Jeep Dodge Chrysler Ram of Norwood. They are the best. Also, they always make a way to see me even on drive by’s (no Appt). You guys are awesome! More

MUSTY SMELL I was noticing a musty smell worsening and realized water was coming in on the passenger side under the Jeep mats. It was determined to be a manufacturing defect which your service department did an excellent job of fixing and replacing carpets. My rental car was also covered and I was pleased with that because I had it for a week. I wish Jeep had done a recall so it wouldn’t have progressed to the degree it did.
