They understand their products, and the work performed by their techs are first rate. I could give many examples of how they have interacted with some of the issues that have arisen with my cars, but nothing stands out. Why? Because in every case, any issue was handled with courtesy, interest, and caring. In all honesty, I am a "car guy," and a perfectionist with my car(s). In other words, I can be a pain!
