Took almost 7 weeks to get repaired Left without plow truck for 2 snow storms Very inconvenient. When I questioned Mr Nagle about timing he responded and I quote “ it hasn’t even snowed yet what do you truck for 2 snow storms Very inconvenient. When I questioned Mr Nagle about timing he responded and I quote “ it hasn’t even snowed yet what do you need your truck for??? I’m not going to listen to you question me…! Very unprofessional and insulting!!! I will no longer deal with him. I feel very uncomfortable about central to do repairs in a timely, professional and respectful Manner. I feel I need to trade this truck for a different Model, Make, and manufacturer.
