Abysmal. I bought my used vehicle and in less than 3 months I was back having major repairs that included brakes and the four-wheel drive. They kept my car for 3 months - never a word of apology for the inconvenience - they didn't keep me updated - I had to call every couple weeks just for them to say "Oh, yeah, we just heard___has the part, we'll get in touch with them and give you a call". No follow up calls were made. When I bought the car - I asked "is there any reason this car is such a deal?"....they said no. Unfortunately, that wasn't true. Later on, after we got the car back and wrote our review - we found out that the car had issues they knew about.
