Excellent Sales Experience I just bought my second Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from this dealership and I never thought that I would have done so given the horrible experience I just bought my second Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from this dealership and I never thought that I would have done so given the horrible experience I've had with their service department with my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The experience I had with Zenia DiSangro in purchasing my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was top notch and as such she has changed my perception of this dealership. Throughout the experience she dealt with me in a very professional manner and she was extremely knowledgeable as she presented me options that I wasn't aware of before. She also communicated with me very well as the car that I eventually bought wasn't on their lot and had to come from another dearler's lot but throughout that process she provided me with honest and realistic expectation and that was important to me given how busy I am. She handled all of the necessary paper work with my insurance company etc and the car was ready for me when she said it would be. I would definitely work with Zenia whether she's at this dealership or if she's at some other dealership in the future. Also I will not hesitate in referring my family and friends to her. I gave this dealership 4 stars as I'm still not sold on their service department as that department has a long way to go before my perception changes of them. More

Brought it back when the same problem presented itself just a month later! They claimed that the recall had been dealt with and that any further work would be out of pocket, even though it's throwing the SAME code as before. I advise anyone to stay far away from Central Chrysler! More

Beware DO NOT give them a check! Very sneaky and bad business practices, we went to get a used Jeep, they wanted to get the deal like any dealer, no issue with that, we know how deale Very sneaky and bad business practices, we went to get a used Jeep, they wanted to get the deal like any dealer, no issue with that, we know how dealers are, although we know how credit is pulled, these guys go above anything I've ever seen, I think they contacted all the banks they could find which got our credit down 3-4 points in a matter of days. The credit part is kind of expected, what can you do, the unforgiving part is that they asked for a "down payment" check as a show of "good faith" well even after we decided that we would go somewhere else, they cashed the check. Problem was we had used the down payment for another car, and even after 2-3 days and they knew deal was off they kept trying to cash it. Bank charged me $35 plus a stop payment and now they are saying "We said it was a deposit" when we never agreed to that, it was the down payment if the deal went through. In summary, really sneaky I thought dealers have past this practice but obviously this one is at its best. More
