Consistently terrible This dealership overall is incompetent and deceitful. I have had consistently poor service: never fixing things the first time, trying to charge me fo This dealership overall is incompetent and deceitful. I have had consistently poor service: never fixing things the first time, trying to charge me for items under warranty, and telling me I need things I don't. The service department managers are sneaky, uncooperative and disagreeable. For example, I had a cracked side view mirror and they told me I needed the entire assembly for $650. They couldn't do the work right away so I walked down the hallway to their parts department and discovered that I could buy the mirror for $175 and was able to easily replace it myself. Another example: My Check Engine light lit intermittently. They told me at 10,000 miles and again at 22,000 miles that it was because I overfilled the gas tank. I said I didn't ever do that and they said just to ignore it unless it stays on for several days. When it did, at 45,000, they refused to cover the repair. I have changed dealerships More

Unfortunately, you think you are ready to just sign on the dotted line but then this is were more sleazy sales comes in and they try talking you into needing $1900 worth of extra coverage. You have no time to research or think about it. It is a now or never type of thing. This to me should of all been down when you are negotiating your vehicle. I was very disappointed with this misleading sell. Especially since the vehicle we purchased comes with the Jeep Wave program that covers 2 oil changes every year for two years. That was part of a package he tried to sell! My advice to future customers, research what you need for extra coverage based on your needs and how long you will be keeping your vehicle for. Ask for Mark he will be the best to help you with! Also, Nick the floor sales manager was also very pleasant to work with as well. More

The moment I walked in, Mark was there waiting and ready to help me out. This was my first time purchasing a car and he was very helpful. He went out of his way to show me all of the features of the car that I was interested in. On the test drive he made sure to take me on a variety of roads so that I could really see how the vehicle drove. He also checked all of the possible deals that he could get for me and we were able to agree on a price that I could afford, which I greatly appreciate being a young first time car owner. Not only was he helpful but also very kind and thoughtful which I appreciate. Thank you Mark, you're the best! P.S. The cafe here is out of this world! More
