Service reps are horrible I called to get my GPS fixed on my jeep and they called back saying its a internal failure and there's nothing they can do and on top of theres nothin I called to get my GPS fixed on my jeep and they called back saying its a internal failure and there's nothing they can do and on top of theres nothing they can do they still charged me the 130 diagnostic and told me to go to Chrysler its self to see what they can do they were so rude there not helpful at all. Horrible customer service I had told my fiance from the beginning to not take it over there just for that same fact.THERE HORRIBLE!!!! please guys never go there if you read this. More

Quality service by professionals Richie quickly created rapport with me from the second we shook hands. He made me me comfortable and that I was being taken care of. Although the certain color options were not available on his lot he called to local dodges to see what they had on their lots.
