Great experience all around! I recently went into Central Motors to purchase a car for my wife. I worked with salesman Mark Weisman who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable i I recently went into Central Motors to purchase a car for my wife. I worked with salesman Mark Weisman who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in getting my wife the car that she was right for her. I also had the pleasure of working with owner Peter Catanese and General Manager Tom Eysie who were nothing but helpful. Shortly after buying my wife's car, I found myself in a situation where my car needed a lot of work. The team at Central was upfront with my options, and we determined it would be best for my family to not put the money into fixing the car, and purchase something used. They got me into a Jeep Compass with 40k miles, gave me a great price, with good financing. I couldn't be happier with my overall experience and highly recommend Central to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. More
UNBELIEVABLE I will start this of by saying.... that was the best car purchase I have ever had in my life. From the minute we were greeted in the parking lot, to the minute we drove our new 2017 Durango off the lot it was a pleasure and a blast to be inside Central chrysler of Norwood. 2 months ago my wife and I took a saturday to go browse a few different SUV's. We had a set list of the exact cars we were looking for. Started our saturday car browsing day at Central chrysler on rt 1 in Norwood. We pulled into parking lot and were greeted at the door by Rich. After a good firm handshake and a little talk of what we were looking for we were off to the back to take a look at the new durangos. We looked through a few different models and decided it was time for a dealer plate and a test ride. Rich came along for the ride w us and I made sure he sat shotgun w my wife to show her how all the buttons worked. From the second we started the test ride we were all cracking up and having a blast. The truck rode like a dream and there was a ton of room for me to sit behind Rich whos the size of Rob Gronkowski. The end of the best test ride ever came to an end and we pulled back into Central. I loved the truck and so didnt my wife. But this was just stop number 1 of our long day ahead of being battered by "the car salesman". Once we got out of the car Rich asked how we liked it and asked if we wanted to sit down and play with some numbers. We expressed to him that we were not buying the first vehicle we looked at and wanted to "shop" for once instead of jumping into the first car we saw. Rich grabbed a business card from his pocket shook both of our hands and said "you two were great. Keep me in mind if you find the dodge to be the truck you want" and that was it. We continued on with our day. We then went to 3 more dealers that day and waited for sales people. Had to sit with managers and explain why we were not going to buy their cars. And listen to the "well today only i can give you this much off" it put a sour taste in our mouth and we were getting fed up with the day. It was getting late and my wife said "lets go see the durango 1 more time". We pulled into Central and apparently they had just closed 5 min prior. Rich saw us from across the showroom and ran out to see us. Ill never forget the laugh followed by "hey guys we closed" and another laugh. We explained to him that we wanted to see truck one more time and he spent another 20 min or so with us while "off the clock". We saw what we wanted to see and after another handshake we were off to dinner and Rich was heading home. We didnt buy a car that day. We actually waited a few weeks. Rich called a few times just to check in and see how we were doing w the car shop. We explained to him that we were both swamped w work, kids, sports. And that we had not purchased a vehicle and would be in the market soon. He understood and a few weeks went by without hearing from him. Meanwhile we had managers and salesman from 3 other dealers calling and texting numerous times a day. Not taking "were not buying right now" for an answer. It got so bad my wife stopped picking up her phone. This past monday..."columbus day" my wife called me at work and said "you want to go buy a truck tonight?" I said "absolutely where do you want to go?" Her reply "i want the durango and I want to buy it from Rich. Heres his number can you call him and see if hes working?" So I did. After a few short text Rich knew what i wanted. How much i wanted to pay. And what I had for a trade. I told him we would be in around 3. At 3pm I arrived and Rich was there waiting. We sat down and chatted while we waited for my wife to arrive from work. While waiting we had our trade appraised and before my wife could get there Rich was already working on numbers. Again he knew what I wanted for a monthly payment. He went to his manager ONCE. They talked and Rich came to me and said "how does that look?" He nailed it. We didnt have to haggle. No one had to threaten to leave. It was exactly where I wanted to be. Im also realistic and wasnt asking for a 40 thousand dollar truck for $200 a month. But first shot was something I did not expect. My wife arrived and the deal was made. Painless, fun, exciting is how I would say my experience with Rich and the Central team went. The deal was done and due to the late hour in the day the truck and all paperwork would not be ready until the following day (richs day off) Rich came to work the next day while he wasnt on the schedule and had everything ready to go and make sure we were all set! Few more laugh and we were soon to be on our way. I hope i get the opportunity to buy 100 more vehicles in my lifetime. I will buy every last one of them from Rich and Central. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. From the no pressure, to the painless numbers, to the stop making me laugh, to pulling out of the lot. Rich made us feel welcome and everyone in the showroom made sure to say "hi". Even the other salesmen and saleswoman. Lucy is the business office was also amazing. Poor Rich was waiting for what felt like an hour for us to finish up paperwork. While we all sat back and talked like friends. Central of Norwood. You have a new life long customer. You should be proud of the people you have working for you!!! Cant wait to come back! More

If you want to be personally insulted.. this is the place! I am writing this almost 3 years after I visited this dealership, This should probably tell you of the service I received. I was looking for a Jeep Gr I am writing this almost 3 years after I visited this dealership, This should probably tell you of the service I received. I was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and Mark Weisman was the person who we worked with. We looked at a Jeep Grand Cherokee on the lot and took it for a test drive. Upon entering the vehicle we were hit with a disgusting smell of smoke and spoiled milk. Mark Weisman repeatedly told me that there was no smell. Luckily, another person was with me to back up this claim. After the test drive I noticed cigarette ash on the ground which validated my original remarks. Mr. Weisman tried to sell us this vehicle even after we pointed out the blatant disregard for cleanliness of the vehicle. Unfortunately Mark decided to resort to personal insults directed toward both me and my friend. I have warded off several potential Jeep buyers in my group of friends for this dealership due to my experience. It is quite possible that Mark has increased his customer service skills during the past three years. I am rating Price and Quality 3 stars due to them being not applicable. More
