Oil Change I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a tune-up. At that time they found that I had an oil leak, and it had been leaking for awhile. Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I made an appointment for a new tire and the woman I spoke to told me my tires were covered under warranty but when I got there, that wasn’t the case. I made an appointment for a new tire and the woman I spoke to told me my tires were covered under warranty but when I got there, that wasn’t the case. Central also did a recall on my car, they told me it was quick and would take 20 minuets. I sat there for 3 1/2 hours. When my car was “all set” I got in and drove a quart mile and a bunch of lights came on and my car was idling way to high and at a complete stop was about to bog out. I brought it back they ran a diagnostic and told me it was fine. I got back in and my check engine light came on. I felt like they were trying to push me out the door and they weren’t listening to me. I told them to put me in a rental and call me when the figured it out, which they did. The service manager was rude and gave me attitude because I wouldn’t believe her when she said my car was fine. I felt like she was trying to push me out the door. Shawn nagle was the only respectful and helpful person I dealt with. More

Jeep Wrangler I had a great experience with the team at Central Chrysler. I was taken to the inventory of wranglers, and Zenia walked me through the different optio I had a great experience with the team at Central Chrysler. I was taken to the inventory of wranglers, and Zenia walked me through the different options I could have and she also asked me what things I wanted in my next vehicle. After taking the car for a test drive, we sat down and discussed financing options. The team was easy to work with and made it an easy decision for me. I really appreciated their patience with me and their flexibility to coordinate the pick up date since I was turning in my other vehicle. Overall, a great experience and I’m looking forward to the next 3 years in my awesome wrangler! More
