Accommodating I recently leased a new jeep and have been trying to take it to only dealers for service. My first two visits to Norwood were average and slightly confusing but Lionel really changed my opinion at my last visit. I brought my Jeep in for an interior detail which I have never done in my lifetime. I planned on waiting for the car and Lionel very generously offered me a car for the day since the sevice would take most of the day. When I declined, he took 10% off my bill for the inconvenience. I was greatly impressed with the service and will continue coming here! More
