I wish I can give negative zero stars. !! Salesman Jonathan levin. I came in looking into purchasing a 2018 Ram 1500. This salesman took me to another lot to where they keep their brand new Salesman Jonathan levin. I came in looking into purchasing a 2018 Ram 1500. This salesman took me to another lot to where they keep their brand new vehicles and I advised him I was looking for a express package Black on black ram 1500. He stated this is the only rams available. I advised him if it’s possible to locate a black on black from another dealership which I New there was one at the route 24 ram dealership and he told me that they don’t buy or do any business with other dealerships. Bullsh*t!!! Fine . I settle for the a ram 1500 and gave the salesman all necessary documents to start the contract which I already had a pre approval from Chrysler cap. Once all documentation were sent over to the finance manager which is JUSTIN APTT, he advised me that it would take three days to get funding from the bank, so for the mean time he wanted me to put auto insurance on a vehicle I yet don’t have. Then he stated the bank needs to see auto insurance on the truck to complete the funding from the bank 🧐lol. I currently had auto insurance on another vehicle which the bank just needed to see current auto insurance. So when the contact supposedly was sent out, three days turned into three and half weeks later that I yet didn’t have the vehicle. During these three weeks I been calling the dealership on checking the status and left voicemail to Justin and Jonathan. Never got a call back from either two and was always told that are busy dealing with other customers. During this process which I have never experienced in my years of purchasing vehicles I would want to stay I give 5 STARS TO CHRYSLER CAPITAL for answering all of my questions and concerns which they where also not very pleased on how the dealership handle this situation. I was also told by the bank that they can’t release funding unless the customer has the vehicle. Dealership kept denying it and that the didn’t know what they where saying. Smh. Please note. All this started on September 13, 2018 and finished on October 5, 2018 is when I picked up the new ram 1500. You would think the dealership would try to compensate me or give me the first free oil change to my new vehicle. Lol. None. All I was told was finally you got your truck. Wow. What a service from this dealership. So I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this dealership for sales or service. Customer service I give zero stars Sales zero stars Finance mgr and business mgr zero stars. Jonathan levin in sales. zero stars Justin Aptt. Finance mgr. zero stars Chrysler Capital. Five stars. 👌👌 If you want to know more because there’s much more to this. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Car's been in for 3 days with no resolution in sight My car was having serious problems with the transmission and stalling. I called and was told the first appointment available was 3 weeks away. I took it in and after the first day, I was told they hadn't even had time to look at it. The second day the mechanic had time to look at it but couldn't find the issue, they were going to have a senior mechanic look at it later that day. Later in the day they said he wouldn't have time until the next day. He looked at it on the 3rd day but couldn't find anything. They recommended I replace the spark plugs and air filter for almost $500. So, after 3 days without a car, I'm going to pick it up with no service being done and a ridiculous service cost recommended. I also have a Volvo and the difference between the 2 dealerships is more than night and day! More

Inaccurate wait times Came in for a recall that I had scheduled 3 weeks in advance and had an appointment. They said it was a 2-2.5 hour fix. Then told me they needed my ca Came in for a recall that I had scheduled 3 weeks in advance and had an appointment. They said it was a 2-2.5 hour fix. Then told me they needed my car all day. Brought in at 8am and didn’t get to pick up until after 5pm. Totally messed up things I had planned. Even though I made an appointment, it didn’t make a difference they still needed 9 hours for a 2 hour job. Probably because they had to fix it for free. More

Irritated and unsatisfied My Jeep was to be repaired on 9/28/18. to have my breaks repaired and to have a diagnostic done to see if any other major repairs needed to be complet My Jeep was to be repaired on 9/28/18. to have my breaks repaired and to have a diagnostic done to see if any other major repairs needed to be completed. I dropped off my vehicle at 7 a.m to Paula. that morning due to my work schedule for an appointment that was to be later that morning. Picked up a rental car and left. Did not hear from any one about my Jeep past mid-day. I called in at 12:11 p.m.and was informed that services were backed up and needed to wait until the next day, if I needed to get a rental, stated I had one. Was informed that the dealership would cover the cost. I stated that was nice but I would like my Jeep back the next day. Was also informed that I would receive a phone call in the morning for my assessment. NO ONE CALLED ME (again). At 12:30 p.m. I called the dealership spoke to the rep. and was again told was backed up and that she would call me back around noon, informed her it was already past noon. Was informed that she would call back around 2:00 p.m. Again that did not happen. I called the dealership around 2:19 p.m. Asked what the status of my Jeep was the rep (Paula) said hold on, then I was directed to a supervisor, I believe her maybe Katie (why not sure). Katie informed me that again they were backed up and that I had to wait, asked if I had a rental car. Stated yes and to continue to use the rental car. Monday came, got a call at 11.:32 stated that I need new brakes, shoe, and rim to be done. Decline all the unnecessary things as to Rims and replacement of hub and bearing. Didn't believe I needed it for a couple of scratches from parking my car to close to the curbs, not a big deal. (I was driving at the time asked said I was to call back. Called back and requested an invoice sent to me. Looked it over and called my mechanic in California. to ask why would the Rim and Options be needed. Explained the cons and pros.) Called back at 11:57 gave consent of what I to be done, as informed that It would take another day for completion. Went to pick up my Jeep around 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Seen my damaged rim. Asked the other rep what happened. Was informed maybe someone else damaged that car that I let drive. NO ONE DRIVES MY JEEP. I have no family here and no friends like that. I work from 8 am to 10:30 pm don't have time to drive around Boston and hit a pothole. When I got home I examined the rim. Fresh breakage, the area is still shiny and new. No dirt. So, leads to tell me that the dealership cracked my rim some how and wants me to pay for it. I took pictures and video of the area, knowing that driving around the area would be come filthy and my claim would be hollow. When I called to complain at 6:06 p.m. Stated my complaint, asked about surveillance video, stated you had it. I was told I would have to speak to the service manager the next day. Got at a text at 8:16 from the Service Manager and that I would get a call later that day. Got at call at 3:44 p.m. stated that it was impossible for the damage to occur by personnel, since he was the foreman. Asked about seeing the camera to see if I brought in the Jeep that way. Was told that that was impossible since they do not use surveillance (why two different stories). Service manager stated to see my Jeep informed her can I bring it on Saturday, since she cannot stay past 4:30. I cannot get off my job prior to. Asked I can send images was told she has to see them in person, and she has to get her kids so... Said I would try and come in this week, but as for work willing that is a no. So at this point in time will be looking into find a proxy and legal assistance. The duration of my Jeep to have just the brakes fixed, and the changing for Rep to Sup for no reason whatsoever, no video to prove to discredit my claims and the continuous push to replace my rims. All this is suspicious behavior and I need to find out the truth. Going to possibly look into legal services. And the brakes are not as good as it should be. I have never had any work done on my Jeep I only take it to dealerships, because I always felt that business and proper maintenance would be done with dealerships. This has been a rude awakening. I will he heading to the another dealership, regardless of the distance. More
