I brought my car two times and they charged me 2100 to fix the electrical issue, which was fine. When i asked if that would fix everything and the car would be good they said this would completely fix th fix the electrical issue, which was fine. I had them do all the work then a month later had to go back with electrical issues for the 3rd time. I was met with no sympathy for the issue not being fixed. I was told it would be another $3500-$4000 to fix and charged another $200 for diagnostics. I was also told that there was a “corrosion everywhere” when I said I wasn’t going to have the work done. Somehow I was told nothing about corrosion a month earlier. Hard to believe that this wasn’t seen and reported when fixing the initial electrical problems. They showed 0 sympathy for any mistakes made on their end and simply wanted to keep taking money for an issue that perhaps couldn’t be fully fixed. Very shady and disappointing! More

Everyone at Central was friendly and nice to work with. Mr. Phap Tran was my salesman and when I asked if I could use my own financing, he said "of course"! I had just come from another (non-Dodge) dealer Mr. Phap Tran was my salesman and when I asked if I could use my own financing, he said "of course"! I had just come from another (non-Dodge) dealership who wouldn't allow me to use my own financing when I was looking at a Passport. More so, they were going to charge me $500 extra if I were to use my own financing. Needless-to-say, I didn't do business with them because of it. My experience at Central was just the opposite! I felt relaxed, I was treated with respect, and even when I met with their Finance Manager, Karl, he was very polite and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone because you'll feel welcome. That's not easy to say with the "bad wrap" most car sales people are accustom to hearing. More
