Oil Change I simply went for an oil change on Saturday, noticed my truck was leaking antifreeze on Tuesday. I picked my truck up at 5pm on Saturday and didnt dri I simply went for an oil change on Saturday, noticed my truck was leaking antifreeze on Tuesday. I picked my truck up at 5pm on Saturday and didnt drive it until Tuesday morning! My heat stopped working and I noticed a big puddle of antifreeze! I called Jeep and they told me it would cost $150 to LOOK at it and would take a few days!!! Im NEVER going back or recommending this place! More

Terrible experience I went to Central Jeep on Saturday 11/10 (Veteran's Day weekend). I am also a veteran. The salesman and I agreed on a price, with stipulations that I went to Central Jeep on Saturday 11/10 (Veteran's Day weekend). I am also a veteran. The salesman and I agreed on a price, with stipulations that a front license plate bracket was to be installed, scratches removed around the door handles, a dent on the passenger side door removed, and a chip of paint on the passenger side rear quarter panel to be fixed. I provided $2,500.00 and informed him that I would come in the following Saturday with a Bank Check for the remaining amount. I arrived the following Saturday, 11/17, with a Bank Check to purchase the vehicle. I went to the lot, and observed that nothing was done to the vehicle that was agreed upon. The front license plate bracket was not installed. The scratches were present. The dent was still present. And the paint chip was also present. I brought this to the attention of the salesman and he stated, "it is what it is" as well as "it's a Saturday, so it's not going to get fixed." Initially, he did not take responsibility for him not doing his job. However, he was sure to call me twice that week to ensure that I was coming in to pick up the vehicle, to ensure that he got paid. Central Jeep had a week to fix the issues that were agreed upon. 'It is what it is' clearly is not applicable in this situation, as Central Jeep had a week to have the issues resolved. This was a huge inconvenience, as I had to spend several hours for the shop to install the front license plate bracket as well as remove the scratches. The Used Car Manager touched up the paint chip, so this was not even done professionally. Then, I was told that I would have to come back on a Thursday to get the dent removed. I do not live near Central Jeep and it is another huge inconvenience for me to take a day off of work to get the dent removed, as Central Jeep dropped the ball and did not uphold their end of the deal. I informed them that there was a Dent Wizard closer to my house, but they stated that they would not cover the amount that Dent Wizard would charge. So, they would rather inconvenience me, by me having to take a day off of work and drive out of my way to Norwood, MA - Central Jeep to have their person remove the dent as it would not cost them much money. However, it would cost me time and money. After reaching an agreement between the user car Manager, Dent Wizard removed the dent on 11/27/18 at the location of my office. To continue the unpleasant experience at Central Jeep, I was unable to get my Jeep inspected, as my registration was never mailed to me. I was driving the vehicle for 3 weeks without an inspection sticker. I had to drive to Norwood, MA to obtain my registration. To top it all off, I attempted to get my inspection sticker at Central Jeep and an employee said that there were 3 vehicles in front of me and there would be an hour and a half to 2 hour wait. The look of amazement must have showed on my face, as she further stated that each car took 30 minutes for the new inspection standards. I understand the new standards, but 30 minutes to inspect one vehicle is laughable, as have never waited that long for an inspection sticker at a certified inspection station recently. I went across the street to get the Jeep inspection. It took 6 minutes and 36 seconds. More
