After 10 days in shop, car still making same noise Brought my car in because of thumping noise and for a second opinion from a different car shop. Dealership finished in 10 days, but noise is still there. Extended Warranty would not cover rental for days in shop, said it’s an four hour job. Wish I was told about this by dealership, would’ve find alternative transportation. Called back to report noise still there, and was told “warranty only covered so much”. If I was told this while in shop, I would of agree to pay out of pocket. I drive my kids around and need a safe an reliable car. Now I’ll need to take it somewhere else for a third opinion and hopefully get it fix. More
