Oil Change | Directional Issue This one one busy place. In order to get an appointment on the weekend - I would have had to wait several weeks. I accepted this and scheduled for This one one busy place. In order to get an appointment on the weekend - I would have had to wait several weeks. I accepted this and scheduled for an earlier date, but a week day. Due to too many complications in my schedule, I called and asked (begged) for any available slot on the weekend and the woman on the phone found a slot for me. I was thrilled . However, when I arrived ... I was not listed on their schedule. I was still able to leave my vehicle for an oil change and an issue I'm having with my directional. I was grateful they were able to still fit me in. I left it there and a few hours passed and I got the call that the car (Renegade) was ready for pick up - however, they could not seem to track down the issue with the directional. They ran diagnostics but nothing seemed to be showing up and there were not successful in recreating the issue at the shop. The issue continues. Lisa was very pleasant and throughly explained everything to me. I truly appreciated her help, clarity and patience. More

Friendly & Easy Process! I've leased Nissan's for years. When it came time to turn my Nissan in, their team were really hard to deal with. I happened to drive by Jeep in Nor I've leased Nissan's for years. When it came time to turn my Nissan in, their team were really hard to deal with. I happened to drive by Jeep in Norwood and just popped in to see what was available - it was during a snow storm so the cars were all out back put away. Tony O was the sales rep that offered to help me and he went out of his way from the second I walked in the door. He took us out back to find a few versions of the Cherokee I was looking at, in the middle of the storm! He listened to me and understand what I was looking for with price and features and did everything he could to get me into a vehicle that I was happy with and within my budget. The process was super easy and very quick. I picked up my new Jeep this morning and again, a super quick pick up process.
