He took time to explained how my aftermarket warranty will work for me and the worst case scenario if they don't. He kept me apdated through the whole process while my vehicle was in the dealership and that means a great deal for me. The automotive technician, Eli, is a great professional. When I have my vehicle serviced, many times I can noticed where the technician has worked on. But with Eli, I had to look deep see where he was working on. My vehicle was returned to me cleaned with no fingerprints or grease marks any where. I would recommend both Shawn and Eli to anyone. More
