The people here are great, I always receive excellent service. My only suggestion is to include a "parts ordered/available" qualifier when scheduling a service appointment online for a recall. This would ensure that the part is available before a customer makes an appointment and makes the trip to the dealer. It's not the best experience to show up for a scheduled appointment for a recall only to find out that the part is on backorder. More

From the moment I drove my Jeep Wrangler into the service bay I was greeted by the most welcoming, efficient, and helpful team of professionals. There were several customers arriving at the same time and each of us was directed to a window where we immediately began the process of getting serviced. I feel so lucky that I got Shawn Nagle. He was super knowledgeable about the various recalls that were recently posted for my 4Xe as well as being familiar with the issue I was having with my electric battery. He explained everything and I felt so confident that everything would be fixed. I was then sent over to Nathan to begin the process of getting my rental vehicle. Nathan was amazing!!! You could just tell he knew his job inside out. He was super speedy as I watched him take down all the necessary information, describe what was available, and ultimately find a good fitting vehicle for me. He explained all the additional coverages that I might want to consider and then let me decide on the ones I thought I would need. I just can't explain in words how nicely I was treated. And best yet, what was estimated as a three day job was done in two!!! Communication was top notch throughout the two days. I have never been so happy to complete a survey. Kudos to the entire service team!!! Thank you all so much!! More
