She was really pleasant, smiling and bubbly happy personality. She showed me multiple cars, took her time and let me drive them with no pressure to buy, to quick ride like other dealers. I was not sure which one i wanted and left undecided but very happy by the service. about 1-2 weeks later I decided I wanted a Grand Cherokee and while there are 2 Jeep delaers muhc closer to my house, i drove back here due to the nice customer service I was given my Marianna. I emailed her what i wanted, I showed up and the car was ready and waiting, she explained all the features i drove it and then decided to buy it. Pricing was easy, They gave me a figure, I stated where i needed to be, they came back within that range and we were done and agreed I then met Bob in finance and he as well was super friendly and nice and worked hard with the bank to get me a better rate and the ideal payments I wanted. Bob also went above and beyond to work with me, my credit and in the end got me where I wanted to be in terms of payments with the right lender. Will definitely be going back here in the future and will refer friends as well. Marianna is a must see for a sale person to help you find your car. More
Quick and painless I had the airbag recall done and an oil change. Everything was done under 1 1/2 hrs. Refuse to fix a tire gage problem Second review for the same problem. I was contacted by the service center because they did not fix a tire pressure gage problem that keeps on popping Second review for the same problem. I was contacted by the service center because they did not fix a tire pressure gage problem that keeps on popping up and sending annoying email service requests. I brought the car back in and showed them the warnings and a picture of the alert. They kept the car overnight and the next day I was told that because they couldn't reproduce it, they would not fix it because it would cost more to send the part back to the manufacturer. The worst part was when the employee told me that "we ask a lot of these cars in Massachusetts with the cold winters and hot summers, so things like this are bound to happen." What I find ridiculous is that this is probably the main selling point of Jeeps! They're marketed as vehicles that can take on the elements...Now I have even worse of an opinion of this service center AND the problem is still not fixed. I will continue to try to ignore repeated false tire pressure warnings and "Action Needed" emails. More

Scheduled for a oil change it took one hour exactly I was in for a schedule the oil change and it took an hour and also a recall software upgrade.
